Ava grunted when Matthew wrapped his arm around her waist, his hot breath hovered behind her ear. She shivered inwardly.

"Matthew— what are you doing?" she asked. She felt trapped in between Matthew and the rutted bark of the tree. However, Matthew said nothing. Instead, he started kissing her nape.

Goosebumps skittered through her skin as she struggled.

Then one calloused hand collared her throat. Her eyes widened when he noticed his bulging muscles. He wasn't wearing any shirt and that must be because of the blood from earlier!

Funny how she didn't even notice him remove it or in Matthew's case, tore the shirt apart.

Matthew loves tearing clothes apart, she mused inwardly.

"Someone might see us!" she hissed.

"And?"

"Matthew!"

He let her waist go and used his now free hand to hold her long hair, pulling it up.

Then her awareness slipped in.
