Chapitre 17: Enrollment Arc 13
For the guys who screwed up my life, I may have went too easy on them.
But I didn't know how to respond. Should I have killed both of them? What good can that bring?
Should I have made his son lose his magic? Again, what good it will bring?
And as a matter of fact, the attack on Shiori-san wasn't their fault in the first place. So I couldn't blame them.
I didn't know what to do. I was indecisive.
With this thought, I teleported back into the Temple.
Sensei was sitting there. "No matter how many time's I see this, it's still surprising", he said with a grin.
"How is she, Sensei?", I asked.
"She's asleep. She's in shock. So we can't tell when she will wake up", he said. "Tatsuya-kun and Miyuki-chan are by her side"
Were they waiting for me?
I entered the room Sensei pointed me at. As I entered, I saw Shiori-san, sleeping peacefully on the bed while the Shiba siblings stood on one side. They noticed me.
"Thank You for today Tatsuya", I said. "If you wanna ask something, I will answer to the best of my abilities"
Tatsuya nodded in acknowledgement.
The three of us walked outside the room and sat down in the dojo. Shiba siblings and Sensei sat opposite to me.
"Asking me what you want" I said, "I will answer to the best of my abilities"
"Did you already know that Tatsuya-kun could help your... ", Sensei spoke and stopped mid sentence.
"Guardian", I completed his sentence. "Yes, I already knew that"
"Did you approach the two of us because you knew?", Shiba Miyuki asked in a cold tone
"It was Tatsuya who approached me first", I replied to her coldly.
"How did you find out?", Tatsuya asked me. His face was deprived of any emotion
"I looked into you two", I said. "in my search, I stumbled into an incident from three years ago at Okinawa", I said.
This widened their eyes.
I continued. "The incident with had many cover ups. But I found you in the airport CCTV. Then another footage of you walking alongside your sister and a woman"
I could feel their gaze sharpen. Even Sensei was becoming cautious.
"Then, I found you visit the military base stationed at Okinawa. Later, the same military base was deployed to prevent in invasion of Great Asian Alliance.
"In that incident, an information about a boy who's identity was unknown. It was classified information. The boy nicknamed as Mahesvara, the demon of Okinawa"
"I found a footage of your battle from one of the crashed enemy drone. Cross referencing the physique of the boy with your physique, which u obtained from the footages, it was a perfect match"
"Do you expect us to believe you obtained military classified information?", Sensei asked, with a frown.
"I can't tell you how I got this info, but I can forward it to you if you want", I said.
"Who did you go to hunt?", Tatsuya asked.
"I tried to find the one who attacked Shiori-san but he escaped", I said with frown. "I am still tracking him down"
"Do you need help?", Sensei asked.
"My allowance isn't flexible enough to employ a shinobi like you sensei",I chuckled.
"Is teleportation your super power?", Tatsuya asked again.
"I will tell you about mine if you tell me about yours", I retorted. "We toss a coin to decide who goes first"
"... No need, I will go first", Tatsuya sighed. Miyuki looked at him in surprise but didn't stop him. That was a surprise for me. I was sure she would throw a tantrum again
"My ability is regrowth", Tatsuya said and began to explain about regrowth.
"That's pretty torturous ability", I said.
"Why so?"
"Since you're reading the eidos of a person, wouldn't that mean, you're reading the pain they felt too?" I asked even though I knew the answer.
"Onii-sama feels five times the pain the target of regrowth felt since the injury was inflicted to the period of regrowth was cast", Shiba-san said. Her words didn't have much hostility as she did before.
"Now tell me about your ability", Tatsuya said.
I sighed. I won't tell them everything, but I can at least tell them about kamui.
"My ability or super power is called kamui", I said.
"God's Authority (literal translation) is a pretty big name", Sensei remarked. "Though I can't say it doesn't suit it"
"It allows me to enter another dimension. And I can decide where this dimension and kamui dimension should connect, allowing me to teleport"
"Is this ability also stored in your sharingan?", Tatsuya asked. I nodded.
"So, that phasing ability, you're transporting the overlapped part of your body into this 'Kamui dimension'?", Tatsuya asked. But it looked like he had just found the final peice of a puzzle in his mind.
"I am surprised you could tell. Those are some special eyes you have", I said with a chuckle.
"Same goes for you"
"Why did you look into us?", Miyuki asked.
"As you can see, my life isn't exactly normal", I said, " so I needed to make sure who am surrounded with"

After our conversation, I returned to Shiori-san's side. I decided to take a leave from school. Tatsuya said he'd inform the school on my behalf.
As I sat down, I heaved a sigh of relief.
My plan worked.
What I told them about Okinawa was obviously a lie. But they won't know that. Because I myself believed it was the truth.
The best way to deceive others is by first deceiving oneself.
I had already used genjutsu on myself if I ever face such interrogation. During that interrogation, my memories would get replaced by a false memory I input into my mind. It was a contingency plan I set up.
It didn't mean the story about the footages were a lie too. I spent a whole day before joining school to extract all those info.
But it looks like it worked out.

That night, the Shiba siblings reached home rather late. They were tired but they also had to discuss the important part.
"Onii-sama, about Uchiha-kun"
"He didn't seem like he was lying", Tatsuya answered
"But can we trust him?"
"He didn't say the whole story, but it doesn't look like he wants us to get involved in his matters"
"But he knows about you, and judging my the way he spoke, he knows about our relationship with the Yotsubas", Miyuki said. The fact that their secrets was so easily revealed by Obito who they met only few days ago. It was beyond shocking.
"I will inform Captain Kazama about him when I am in contact with them".
"Should we inform Aunt Maya?", Miyuki asked, although she wasn't so keen on the idea.
"Keeping him away from the Yotsubas may not be entirely possible. Especially with his powers. But let's keep this to ourselves for now"
Tatsuya said while caressing her cheek, "Now, are you gonna tell me what happened with you and Tobi? "
Hearing this, Miyuki's face turned beet red as her mind tracked back to the memory of what happened today.
"Um Onii-sama", Miyuki was hesitant to speak about it.
"You don't have to if you don't wanna talk about it", Tatsuya said, seeing her hesitation.
"No, I will tell you", Miyuki said firmly. "Today, when I left the student council room.."
Miyuki recited what happened until when she woke up with her clothes messed up.
"So you misunderstood it was Tobi who took advantage of you because your mind was too hazy", Tatsuya concluded and Miyuki nodded in agreement.
"But it was the Second Year student",saying those words, Tatsuya's gaze grew sharper. His bloodlust was slowly seeping out of him.
"Onii-sama ", Miyuki called out.
"Sorry, I lost my temper"
"It's okay. I am happy that Onii-sama is angry for my sake", she replied and the siblings got into their not so sibling like behavior for a bit
"Then what happened?", Tatsuya asked again.
"I found out he can use Gram Demolition"
"How so?"
"He countered my magic"
"So you attacked him"
"I am sorry. I lost my self control", Miyuki said with regret. But she didn't talk anything about their kiss.
Tatsuya sighed. "About that second year senpai, you didn't sense him use any magic? "
"That's the weird part. I didn't sense anything. It was like I fell in daze and my mind went hazy
"Oh, there was another weird thing that happened", Miyuki recollected.
"What is it? "
"I don't remember correctly, I think Genma senpai was scared of Uchiha-kun when he saw him even though he didn't do anything to him. Also senpai called him a weird name"
"Wierd name other than his
nickname?"
"Yeah. I can't remember what it is", Miyuki said touching her temple.
"OH", She finally remembered, "Senpai called him a Grimm"
