I ran up to my room after leaving the table. I tried to calm myself and catch my breath. Bella is getting information from someone. I have to move very fast. There are very few people who know who I was. If Bella already knows that, I was never from a rich home a truth that even my late husband is not aware of, Then she may be close to finding the whole truth.

My late husband may look very carefree but he is not easily fooled. He notices I did not really like Mary but he acted ignorantly about it. I know he found out about my affair with Steve even if he said nothing.

I am almost certain that's why he removed my name as his next of kin to his bank account. He did not love me it was a marriage for convenience and we both managed to pretend very well in front of people.
