Chapitre 95: Counter Attack

Brookside had intercepted the pass and now, they were raging onwards with a powerful attack. It was just as Nico had said, Mavericks had been with the ball possession for so long but they hadn’t been able to do anything special with the ball and now, Brookside had won the ball.

They were going to punish their opponent’s for it.

“Damn!”

Kelechi cussed as he raced back to his own half, suddenly feeling very slow as Waylon still stuck onto him, not giving him enough space to swing his arms and make a speedy run.

Waylon smirked as he nudged Kelechi, clearly trying to spite him. They were both running towards the other halve, but with two different intentions in mind. Kelechi was going as a savior, but Waylon was going as the devil himself, a ruthless barrier.

Kelechi felt his brain overheating and he was getting increasingly distracted.

“What the hell is this!?” Kelechi bellowed to himself.

“Focus!”

Waylon grinned as he saw the fluctuating countenance on Kelechi’s face.
