Back at the Meng family compound, meng yan who just calmed his tensed heart was annoyed. Did the heavens so much want to take his daughter from him? First, the season lighting Snake and now the duo elemental wolf brothers. It feels like she is jumping from frying pan to fire.

The wolf's cries resonated across the whole cave scaring meng xiao. Her heart quivered and she subconsciously grip the mirror tight as she retreated towards the cave wall.
