VERNON STEPPED into the room and stared at Heath back. He watched as Heath toyed with the strands of Luella's hair. Walking towards him, he gripped his wrist hard as glared at him. 

"Don't touch the lady. She isn't yours. Also, cut the nonsense about her being your empress, I reiterate. She is not yours and would never be yours," He clarified. 

Heath stared at his wrist. He tried to forcefully pull his arm away from his wrist, but it seemed like it was impossible to do so. Heath threw him a glare before ordering with a threatening voice, "Let go of my arm"

The two men had a stared down at themselves, "Let go of the lady's hair, and I'll let your arm go… or I will break it"
