"I could see it," Ethan began, causing Shikera's eyes to cloud in confusion.

"What?"

"The disbelief in your eyes when I told you I was evil and super possessive. How about I show you now?" His question didn't require an answer, as he was already acting on his own.

He pulled Shikera closer to himself and slid his hand into her hair, bringing her head closer to his, with only a few inches between their lips.

He looked down at her lips, his eyes flaming with fiery desire which he restrained himself from acting on. Moving away from Shikera, he eased himself out of his tuxedo jacket and removed his tie while leaving only the blue shirt he was wearing, and black trousers on.

"Now, we are matching," he whispered, staring up at her.

Shikera frowned.

"Were you angry that I was not wearing matching colours with you?" she asked, her disappointment vividly expressed.
