“What is going on here?” I hear a voice yell, making me sit up. I look up and see Alek standing over us.

“What are you yelling at?” I ask as I rub my eyes. I look behind me to see Kia gone, but Alek’s clothes are shredded. “What happened to you?”

“Your blasted feline. I was finally able to sneak in here when she went hunting. What is going on here?” He demands, motioning to Silas. Silas is still passed out, and I can see the veins on his forehead.

“Shh.” I tell Alek, “He took my headache.”

“He took your headache?” He asks as he runs his fingers through his hair.

“My head was about to explode, and he used some spell and took the pain away. It transferred to him. Now shh. If he wakes up he’s going to-"

“Who is being so loud?” Silas demands as he wakes up. His eyes are glowing, his temple is throbbing, and a silver symbol on his shoulder. A star in a triangle. Wait, where did his shirt go?
