Chapitre 55: Who is Special?

"There you go," Z panted as he pulled out his sword from the body of the tangled body of the bear. The other four participants who were with him were also breathing their lungs out, full of bruises and scratches all around their bodies. 

"How will we survive if it took this much to take down a single bear?" Lea asked in worry.

"If we had a gun, this would be easy," Z said to himself, raising all sorts of questions from his team. 'Damn. I forgot that there is no gun in this world.'

"Somewhere far away from here, there exists a Sacred region where only humans populate. In that realm, to compensate for the lack of Laws and Arcane, people were able to invent new devices to compensate for their lack of sheer power. In that growth of development, they created a gun. Using the sheer power of things found in nature that still work without Arcane, they managed to create a device that once fired can kill that bear in one pull of a trigger," Z explained.
