It was absolutely insane what I was doing. It wasn't like common sense had flown out of the window and I was struggling with every bone in my body to do what was right.

No. This was all me. It was why I came, wasn't it? To stop being me. To stop being a dutiful wife to a man who didn't regard me as one.

Coming here was no mistake. I orchestrated it and Isaac chose to dance to the number I was playing.

There was longing in his kiss. It wasn't just passionate. It was almost terrifying how raw it felt.
