Chapitre 132: Growth

The following day, Patrick and Phina left LA for Arizona early since Patrick had a meeting at his office that morning. After dropping him off at work, his driver drove Phina home.

She unlocked the gate and carried her things inside the house using her keys. The front door was open, and she was shocked to see that someone was home.

Most likely, it was her brother.

She knocked and went into the living room. Her father was watching the afternoon news while he was eating apple fruit.

She waved and squirmed her suitcases, saying, "Hi, Dad."

"Welcome. How was your trip?"

She dropped her luggage and said, "It was awesome."

Observing her struggle to carry her luggage, he commented, "You're becoming quite lazy carrying things because you drive around now."

She pouted and laughed, saying, "You can't blame me." As she brought her baggage to her room, the man rolled his eyes and turned away.
