My eyes snapped open as the line between dream and reality became clear to me. I started to panic a little when I realized that I didn’t quite remember when I had fallen asleep. My mind felt very jumbled, and I had a slight headache.

“You’re finally awake. How do you feel?”

I turned my head slightly to my side and glanced up to see Prince Leonard sitting on the side of my bed and looking down at me. His blue eyes were plagued with evident worry and I immediately felt apologetic. My eyes darted around and found out that I was in my own bed in my bedroom. Brief memories of how I spent my time with the prince before I apparently fell asleep came back to me. We were in the kitchen, and I was supposed to cook him something but then…
