Lyod had a one-on-one conversation with Letti on the day of his official appointment as Alpha. At that time, Aria preferred to stay at Douglass' house, and Khan accompanied her.

Lyod had told Letti that he had found his mate, and even though Aria was only human, Lyod still wanted to give it a try.

The girl didn't seem to mind and even smiled to congratulate him sincerely. However, Letti suddenly disappeared and did not attend to his crowning until the end.

He believed Letti hid her disappointment and couldn't bear facing him. Hence he left the girl alone.

Lyod even told everyone not to tell Aria about Letti's whereabouts. From the start, Aria had hated him, and Lyod was a fool if he added one more reason for Aria to hate him by knowing his ex-lover.
