Iris was consumed with rage. She was seeing red when she watched how Rei acted like he led this war against Decratic.
But, because of her anger, she failed to see those monsters, who marched toward them. The monsters from hell.
Iris didn't even realize how the ground beneath her split into two, letting out the red smoke of the poisonous miasma, while the fissure was getting bigger. It almost looked like it would create a cliff.
Iris was knocked to the side when the ground beneath her cracked and she almost fell into the fissure. Rei saw this too and he immediately marched toward her, without knowing that Iris intended to kill him for killing her people.

Hi, author here. Firstly, I want to thank you for supporting this story. I truly appreciate all the comment (I read them all even when I didn't reply) and all of your support in any form you can show me.
And just like every beginning, we come to the end of the story. (what a wonderful journey that I have with you all!)
Secondly, I want to apologize for all the inconvenient throughout the story. (Personally, I am not that cruel. Lil Thing is my animal spirit.)
The story after this will be Bonus Chapters and Side Stories of each character. There is nothing major will happen, since the main story has come to end. I will reduce it to one chapter a day.
In the bonus chapter, I will focus on Iris and Cane little family, while the Side Stories will focus on each side character (their back story before the main story or their story after this war. Since, I can't write them and squeeze their stories into the main plot.)
I hope you enjoy these chapters. (Treat this as a therapy and my apology for the trauma. ^^)
Last but not least, please support my new story if you like my imagination of werewolf story: Replacement Bride of the Alpha From the North.
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
