Rachel left the house for her job, she couldn't believe the conversation that she just had with her younger sister but if Lillian could discern this much then maybe she wasn't as subtle as she thought.

Rachel walked into the building and it was a lot cleaner than it was the day before but this wasn't the only new thing.

"Isn't that….' Rachel questioned, she couldn't believe what her eyes were seeing but it was Josephine in clothes that looked like rags.

It then hit Rachel as to why things were so awkward yesterday when the doctor walked in.

It was because Rachel was doing her job but Rachel didn't look pissed by this thought.

Josephine caught her gaze but tried to break eye contact.

"Good morning ma'am," Rachel said to which Josephine raised her head.

"Ma'am?" Josephine responded involuntarily, she didn't expect such a title from someone who was going to rank higher than her.
