Chapitre 238: - Mystery Creature

It's lower body was like that of a serpent. Where legs should have been there was only a long, brown, scaly tail. While it was hidden among the grass and dirt that lined the floor of the forest that they were in, Gus could see what appeared to be a thick stinger attached to the end of the tail. Even from where he was he could tell that the thing was huge, with its total size being either comparable to or larger than his hand.

Above the scaled tail was a body. Just like the part below it, this upper body was also scaled, although it's shade of colour was a little lighter than the colour that was below it. The body appeared to be rather thin and devoid of muscle aside from what was necessary, although Gus was sure that it was only because of how thick the lower body of the creature was. From what he could see of the body, Gus could see that it looked smooth, aside from the scales that added a little bit of texture to the surface.
