Silence blankets the room. Ramsey's argument with Nadia halts, both turning to her, surprise etched across their faces.
"What did you say?" Ramsey steps closer, his expression stunned. "What did you say robin?" He breaths out.
Nadia's eyes narrow, a mixture of triumph and curiosity flickering within.
"So you remember, at last."
Robin stares up at Nadia and Ramsey, her eyes wide and glassy.
The picture frame in her hands trembles slightly.
A fragile silence hangs in the air, broken only by the soft ticking of a grandfather clock in the corner of the opulent study.
"These… these are my parents, aren't they?" Robin whispers, her voice barely audible above the rhythmic tick-tock.
Ramsey swallows hard, his Adam's apple bobbing nervously.
He avoids her gaze for a moment, then meets her eyes, a flicker of something akin to pain in his own.
"Yes, Robin," he says, his voice low and strained. "They're your parents."
