Chapitre 88: End Of Friendship

By now, Alexandra was not in the mood to listen to what Luke had to say. She could sense something dark around and all her senses wanted her to leave this place. And thoughts about Tubby occupied her and she wasn't even listening to Luke. 

She never wanted the crown of the Empress, anyway!

"I'll talk to Tubby first before-" She looked at Luke. "I am leaving, Luke. And I am taking Tubby with me. Whatever he has done, please forgive him for my sake. I will make sure he won't-"

"You're leaving?" Luke raised his voice making Alexandra flinch. "I am telling you that I will make you Empress if you let him rot in a jail cell forever, but you want me to let him go? Forgive him? He conspired to kill me, Rose! Did you hear me?" he held her shoulders and shook her. 

"He wants me dead to take the throne for himself!"
