Elysia smiled but it didn't stay for too long when suddenly Aaron asked, "Princess, won't you greet Ivan here?"
Ivan who was gazing at Elysia till now, observing her every action like how she was bonding with each member of her families, too stirred up a little at his question.
Elysia looked at Ivan unsurely and then said with a little hesitation, "Hey Ivan. Thanks for coming here."
Ivan just curtly nodded at him and replied shortly, "Hello.."
Elysia huffed at his ignorance and rolled her eyes at his lack of response.
"Rude much!" Elysia muttered to herself in a low voice so that no one could able to hear her cursing Ivan...
After that, everyone started talking about different things randomly.
Specially the children were so much engrossed into having a conversation with each other that they didn't notice the brewing tension between the elders.
The parents looked at their children, quietly inspecting their every moves.
They found out that whenever Ivan had something to say, Elysia was keeping quite.
While the moment Elysia started to respond to any topic, Ivan would chose to stay mum.
They knew that the distance between their children was a lot which could not get easily attached without the willingness of both of the party.
But the small sneaky look they were stealing from each other, was enough to make the parents stay strong on the decision which they had made...
They believed that, with time and patience, both Ivan and Elysia would be able to solve all of their past misunderstandings.
Just a little try from both of the side and the help from their near one would be the key to their succesful marriage life.
Seeing both of them so distant now, both of their parents started reminiscing through the time when both of them were extremely happy and inseparable..

Twenty years ago..
Moore Mansion…
It was a Sunday morning and both of the families decided to spend the day together because of their children.
Actually, it had turned into a routine for them to have a family gathering between them at least one weekend in a month as the kids loved to play with each other a lot despite going to the same school.
The Moore and Davies couple were chatting in the living room while laughing at some silly jokes when they heard someone crying.
They looked towards the door and found a seven years old little Elysia sobbing badly, clutching her left hand tightly.
Even though the little girl was crying, she still was looking extremely pretty with her small hair, tied up in a pony tail.
An eleven years old Natasha was holding the little girl by her right hand, supporting her to walk steadily.
Hearing her painful cry, Aaron and Laura felt their chest tightened and they rushed towards the little Elysia.
"What happened princess? Why are you crying?" Aaron asked looking at the tearful face of his princess who was his life.
Laura was also in tears till now as she saw her child in pain.
"What happened Ely? Please tell us baby.." Ava too asked in concern.
"Mom.. Actually Elysia fell on the backyard while playing with us and her elbow got scratched because of this." Natasha replied on behalf of Elysia.
Aaron immediately started to inspect her arm and found blood oozing out from her elbow.
"Mommy.. I di…didn't fell but he…he pushed me down." Elysia stammered in between her complain.
"Who pushed you baby?" Laura asked caressing her daughter's cheek.
"Ivan… He…"
Before Elysia could complete, George cut her off in the middle as he almost shouted in top of anger, "What? Ivan pushed you?"
Here's a short flashback of Ivan and Elysia's childhood...
I hope you liked it..
Do you think that Ivan really pushed our little Elysia?
