Chapitre 41: new world pt2

"What's that?"

The kid with orange hair asked out of curiosity as he saw a glowing red menu screen floating above Miya's arm.

She pressed a few buttons trying to figure out what it does.

"Drifter gear." She said closing the system.

It disappeared into her hand but there was nothing there, almost as if it was transplanted into her arm.

"Is it inside your arm?" The boy asked, kneeling by Miya's side to get a closer look.

"Yup." She showed him, making it appear again right before him.

He was just as surprised as the last time.

"That's cool!"

"Yeah but it's only useful inside games tho, otherwise they just tell the time." She laughs.

"A game huh?" The boy thought about it for a while.

I was walking for miles on end.

I saw no sign of anyone nearby but I finally decided to rest.

I sat down on the ground exhausted, looking at the sky and crows circling my body as I pant for breath.

Strangely enough, I wasn't getting hungry no matter how much I walked.
