Location somewhere deep inside calm belt
At the very bottom of the deepest pit on the ocean at the calm belt where no one can see anything except for some deep sea creatures with super high senses (which the protagonist already got from stealing from those creatures).
Our protagonist were sitting on top of a super duper massive big huge block of dark stone poneglyps with golden words all around it.
He is trying to steal the properties of this block of stone for more than a week with his devil fruit power.
This is the first time ever he got stuck so long just trying to steal something from a stone. Usually it only takes less than a minute to try to steal everthing with his power.
He found this weird black stone by chance when he tried to chase a super huge sea king who tried to run away from him when it saw him killing (stealing their lifespans and stamina with his skills) other sea kings nearby.
When he finally catch that sea king and absorb all of it's power till it's die. He finally saw that weird black stone near him.
It looks like normal poneglyps but with super massive size and with black colour and full of golden words all around it. The size is around 200 soccer field combined.
So he tried to take it's density into his body using his steal power. But it's already on the 13th day and he still not finish stealing all of it's properties.
Since he basically doesn't need to eat nor sleep with his unlimited stamina and energy also he can breathe under water thanks to his stolen abilities. He just keeps using his skills endlessly on that stone.
Finally on the 2nd weeks the stone start to crumble and turned to dust. Which means he finally finished stealing all of the stone has to offers.
He starts checking his body and he knows his body density is now got a super massive changes.
To summarize he now has got super max defence to put it simply if using status in video games his defence is now at the very maximum numbers by using cheat that it can't go any higher anymore. If the max stat is 999 on normal video games and his def now is at the 999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999.999 till the numbers can't go up anymore.
Even if he stands in the middle of supernova where the sun explodes. He will not get a single scratch on his body not even his organs or brains. Sadly if that happen he will still dies since he can't breathe on space. Needs to steal the ability to breathe on space if that even exist on this weird universe.
Now he can basically tank any raid boss alone in the world of warcraft without using any healing potions since he got no damage from them.
Dann is now officially the tankiest person in this onepiece universe.
After that he start swimming to the surface of the ocean since he miss breathing air like how normal human would do.
He gulp a huge air of oxygen in to his lungs like a normal human and start laughing like a mad man with a huge grin on his face.
"now i can officially become a pirate without fearing to die anymore" he muttered to him self and start laughing like joker the nemesis of batman. "huahahahahahahahahaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa"
He suddenly closed his mouth with his hands while looking right and left fearing someone will see him acting like a madman.
"i need to get laid soon or i will become crazy if this keeps going on" he said to himself.
He start running to the sky using geppo + soru with high speed since he can basically using these skills endlessly with his unlimited stamina while praying and thanking all of the sea kings, sea creatures and some unfortunate marines and pirates whose contributed to all of his power and skills.

Meanwhile at dressrosa
Dofflamingo is walking back and forth in front of denden mushi with nervous expression on his face. He is waiting for Kaido to call him today.
He already got some news about the missing beast pirate ship. A merchant ship heading to dressrosa found some debris with beast pirate logo on it. They also found some dead bodies floating on the sea nearby and all of them were from that destroyed pirate ship.
Unfortunatelly they can't find any clues at all about that incident. The worst part of it they can't find any crates that had more than a dozen zoan devil fruits that was supposed to be sent to wano country as a retribution to Kaido.
Now he needs to replace those devil fruits with the new ones since Kaido will kill him if he doesn't delivered those fruits to Wano country soon.
He really has shit tons of bad luck this couple of months and he needs to vent his anger somewhere to some unfortunate victims just to keep him sane.
