Chapitre 1: Ch.1 - Now I Walk On My Own Feet

[60 BBY] - Unknown Regions - Sanctuarate Space - Symbiose - Capital City of Bond - Temple of The Force

'I know you can do more than harm.' Old, treasured words echoed.

"-ther" A female voice rings all around.

Images of a young sprout growing into a mighty tree protecting those under her.

'Thank you. For guiding me through my darkest moments, master.' More treasured words.

So long ago.

Of an era long passed and forgotten.

"Sister, is everything as it should be?" A worry ladened male voice questioned.

Rough, but familiar.

An armored man standing before darkness, protecting those behind him. Blades of purple and yellow lights weaving through it all steadfastly.

'Please my friend. I need you to do this in case I fail. In case the Galaxy fails.'

Risen. Fallen. Risen again.

The one who proved I could be more. Who drove me to be more.

"At peace, be you should. Waking, father is." A calmer male advised, quietly letting out a small sigh of relief.

A fateful meeting.

A small one placed in my path and taken in as my own. Taught my long accumulated skills as I walked through lifetimes as part of others.

My sons. My daughter.

*Gasp*

Shooting upwards, disorientation and sensory overload quickly set in as I could feel every aspect of the body I resided in. No… my body.

A body that, for the first time, was truly and wholly mine.

The body of Kieran Bond.

"Father! Are you alright?" My first child asked as she rushed to my side, the Force flowing through her as she carefully examined me.

Tal'Myk Bond.

Her finely sculpted face as delicate and welcoming as ever, aura of care and warmth felt like never before, fine hair-like vine reaching her lower back and pale brown skin being the only true evidence of her being Neti in origin. My beautiful daughter who travelled centuries by my side, growing to be a wonderful woman I couldn't be prouder of.

One of the few beings near my age. Always beside me as I passed from life to life, treating me as father ever since she was a sapling.

Nurtured in the balanced Nexus of Tython, and gently grown until full sentience, she was much more advanced in every way compared to other Neti. This resulted in a natural chlorokinesis and powerful connection to the Living Force since birth, enabling self and environmental manipulation of the highest degree.

Powerful she may be, but she prefers to act as Headmistress of Sanctuarate Academies.

And currently, she had shed the heavier robes usually worn as Headmistress, instead donning her set of specially crafted healer's robes, with light green coloring decorated by subtle vines and leaves of gold.

"I…am,…my sapling." I spoke softly as I grew more used to being 'alone' within a being.

Felt my body act and shift as I finalized this masterpiece of the Force and Science, fully bonding every aspect put in place to form 'me'.

"Relieved, we are." My youngest said with a happy smile as he hovered in a sitting position.

His small stature would not allow him to have a proper view otherwise, being less than a meter in height tended to affect one's view of the world after all, but he was making wonderful use of his lessons in moving meditation and truly using the Force.

He was currently wearing set of more meditation oriented Grey robes, with his right arm uncovered as his lightsabers rested on his belt. His shoulder length brown hair swept back in a braided fashion. The large pointed ears on the side of his head did show some of the extent of his feelings as they fluttered somewhat.

And amusingly enough, he was the second of my children with green features.

"As am… I, Vaho. But it seems…the Force has…accepted my new state." I smiled, clenching various muscle, testing senses and gaining a deeper understanding of what we had created.

Forming an alchemically enhanced body through ritualistic and scientific practices was a risk which could unbalance the Force, causing it to deny us or strike back, but it would seem as if I had earned this success and that it approved.

"No one else in the Galaxy has done as much for the Force. If you didn't deserve this, no one does." My eldest son reaffirmed with a decisive nod.

Standing at 3.2 meters (10.6 feet) tall, with a large build brimming with muscles all packed into an imposing silver suit of metallic armor with Mandalorian styling, Darex Bond was a figure most would fear on sight. The fact that he wore traditional robes over said armor would do little to assuage such feelings, but he was honorable and just, seeing the potential in others and driven to helping them achieve it.

The fact that he was armored even now was mainly due to his nature as a Gen'Dai.

His species was mainly compromised of muscles and nerve bundles, with teeth and sensory organs forming their heads. This made them incredibly hard to kill since they did not have traditional organs or vascular systems, and on top of it they also had an immense regenerative factor. Gen'Dai even lacked any bones, relying completely on muscle control to form a physical shape, hence why most chose to wear armors to create humanoid forms.

Even with the Force granting him great abilities, including complete mastery of his own body, Darex felt more comfortable in the armor we had crafted together. The facts that it removed the necessity of multitasking and allowed him to focus fully on his true needs were useful side benefits, forgetting the slew of true positives which came with wearing said armor.

"It is never about deserving something… simply an exchange born from needs on both sides." I corrected patiently as my eldest and youngest shared knowing smiles towards their sibling, all of them having heard such words innumerable times before.

"Yeah yeah, I know. I misspoke." Sighed my larger son, knowing that he was rolling his eyes beyond his mask. "Regardless, how is he really, Sister?"

Bringing our attention back to Tal'Myk, she pulled away as I finished preliminary adjustments with my body.

It was a true masterpiece to be sure. Symbolically powerful and born of willing participation by all those bonded to me on an incredibly deep level, with the bases of my outer shell serving as the duality of the force. nurturing by one nurtured in the past, strength gifted by one who's power was gifted, blood of a son in all but, and bones of my familiars who support me as I support them. Nourished and slowly formed by the sentient planet I cultivated into being a Nexus of the Force alongside its siblings and children, with every aspect shaped to be a body which would allow me to exert my full abilities and utilize my knowledge to its utmost limits.

What I was doing now was adjusting it to a prime state, utilizing the vast amount of genetic abilities I had compiled within my being. Having been a sentient symbiote in such a diverse Galaxy certainly came with many advantages for my past hosts and partners, but none had desired to be altered to greatest extents I could offer and I respected this. But now, this was MY body and I would make it the best for my needs.

"If father would stop adjusting it, I would have a much clearer picture." She off-handedly chided with a minor glare she had perfected over centuries as an educator. "But beyond that, he is doing perfectly so far.

I'd prefer we take things slowly in order to have him fully acclimate to it, especially if he is going to be playing with it. Then we can start going through tests on his limits and properly help train it anew."

"A beacon in the Force, father currently is. Control. Reforged it must be." Vaho advised seriously.

His words were not wrong.

My own being was very powerful in the Force. With my presence alone, a normal, Non-Force Sensitive, Human was granted a secondary connection to it which they could train to an admirable degree, especially with my aid. Force Sensitives on the other hand, well they could become icons of their eras with my presence bolstering their own connection to the Force. Having a body specifically crafted to handle, channel and even amplify the Force, then bathing it in a Force Nexus and fully becoming part of it would certainly result in something of immense power in the Force, but also require intense retraining to utilize it to its full potential.

As far as I knew, the one downside of this change of state, from a Symbiote to a full being, was that I could feel that I could not change hosts anymore.

My spirit had changed.

Once this body died, so would I.

I had become a complete being.

It doesn't mean I will die anytime soon, although death is not something I remotely fear after so long, so many lifetimes experienced through others, but it does mean I will be able to experience everything with much greater clarity until then. As if I had lost a filter between myself and the Galaxy at large.

"I'm sure the boys'll love to help you get back into shape!" Darex heartily declared, being very supportive of this process.

After all, each of my children had experience in my changing of hosts. Even Vaho, who is only 205, has seen me change hosts and knows that there is a certain need to obtain a sense of familiarity with the host and its new capabilities before it can be guided. This was similar, but now all according to my will alone.

"Just don't do anything foolish until father acclimates properly or I'll make sure to have Fa'el have some words with you." Tal'Myk warned with a much more potent glare than before.

"Please don't! She's still mad for that last orbital jump!" The much larger man begged hurriedly.

I couldn't help but smile at the interaction between my children. It was heartwarming to see these two still being close after two millennia of being siblings.

"That's because you jumped from orbit without your Basilisk, your team or Personal Droids! You deserve it for that idiocy alone!" She poked him harshly. "So hurt father while he's retraining and I will have you face her wrath and then mine. You know how she can get with her patients getting hurt."

Fa'el Da being a Diathim certainly didn't stop her from being intimidating when she needs to be. The fact that she was one of the rare few Temple members who did not carry a weapon certainly didn't make her any less dangerous, and she and Darex had been lovers for the last century and a half, after a few decades of awkward courting on my son's behalf, well then one understands exactly why he would fear her. He simply turns into a big pup around her.

I found it sweet how they overcame species boundaries and found love in one another. She brought the best out of my son and I was grateful for it.

Although at the moment, amusement was my predominant feeling due to how Darex managed to look chastised in full armor, trying to shrink before his sister's rebukes. She did care for her more 'rambunctious' brother after all.

"Another time, this can be done. For now, announce the good news, yes?" Vaho suggested, stopping his older siblings as Tal'Myk had gotten her point across already as anymore would be redundant.

She just needed to get those grievances out of her system.

Darex was the Chief Crusader of the Sanctuarate's forces. He was the highest standing military leader amongst our ground forces after the Commander-in-Chief, which he was repeatedly, but he regularly demotes himself to start back up from the bottom to avoid stagnation and complacency, removing any ego by becoming a grunt again. It just so happens that this century resulted in him being part of our Crusader Branch, rising to Chief Crusader, and then partaking in a mission which he deemed it necessary to personally perform an orbit dive.

From the reports, a Ssi-Ruuvi Imperium advanced party was attempting to use their freshly acquired 'cargo' to power up a forward base in our system to launch raids from. Darex took offense to that and utilized his physiology, mastery of the Force and gear to launch himself from his vessel, personally crushing the slavers and rescuing the slaves before the Ssi-Ruuvi could cause irreparable harm to them by using their Entechment to power their defenses. He obviously succeeded, a measly forward base was not going to even slow down my son, but he did get an earful from those who cared for him.

Like a good father, I did secretly praise his compassion, but did advise preparing a few fixes to that strategy to avoid the ire of females. Followed up by essentially helping him get drunk by having Darex become my temporary host.

He might be over 2000 years old, but patience has never been his strong suit, hence why I taught him strictly in the ways of utilizing the Force in combat and to never lose one's true connection to it. To temper his rasher side with it and open himself. He just needed some reminders now and again, and some humblings from time to time.

Our family's only woman nodded in acceptance of Vaho's words, allowing Darex a reprieve, earning a grateful nod for our youngest.

"Agreed, but first, I would think it would be good for father to cloth himself and learn what he looks like now." Tal'Myk then gestured towards a side door which would led to the elevator to my room.

This had been a somewhat known project, but it was still heavily protected. And where better for it to be safe than on the Capital of our Central world, in the Temple with some of the most powerful Force users in the Galaxy?

Taking a deep breath, with my children watching for any incident, I shifted off the medical/ritual bed I had awoken on.

Looking down, a saw simple white robes covering a body packed with incredibly dense muscles. Muscles growing more efficient, flexible and denser with every moment as I maximized them perfectly in every aspect.

Covering these muscles was light brown skin with slight hints of red. Devoid of imperfection but incredibly deceptive in its apparence.

This was because this new skin was actually derived from two races: Diathim and Maelibi, then influenced by my more powerful children.

The 'angels' and 'demons' of the Galaxy, even if the Devaronians could compete for the title of the latter.

Because of this, my skin was actually metallic in nature, capable of naturally resisting blaster bolts even before being bathed in the Force, which will be followed by further enhancements later. The reason why it appears like skin is thanks to Diathim influence mellowing the aggressiveness of this trait and purposeful design, with Tal'Myk's ichor helping completely blend into a truly humanoid appearance. As a result, I was covered in extremely strong, yet unbelievable flexible metallic cells working in unison to form skin.

Touching down on the dark blue crystalline floor sent a pulse of the Force rushing outwards and then back to me as the Temple itself rejoiced.

Century after century, Temple Masters, Learners and Initiates had poured their selves and the Force into this structure, giving it a life of its own, dedicated to guiding and nurturing those residing within its walls. And now, its architect was finally walking its halls directly, so it cheered, pulsing with joy, sending a cascade of energy across the planet, its sister temples rejoicing together as even the planet joined in, letting everyone know of a momentous occasion.

"Finally, now I walk on my own feet." I declared, standing with confidence as I exited the room with my children following.

It was time for the Sanctuarate to prepare to enter the Galaxy.

It was time to fulfill my promise.

- A few days later

Across Sanctuarate space, an announcement had been made.

A special program was being broadcasted across their Holonet by the unofficial rulers of their people: The Bond Family.

This was not a family in blood, but by bond, hence the name. And they were not officially rulers, but they were respected and listened to above all others.

They were each members of extremely long lived races and phenomenally powerful masters of the Force. Each were heroes in their own rights and the people of the Sanctuarate almost revered them for all that they have done and accomplished.

Tal'Myk Bond, known as the Mother of Nature, Guider of the Young and Giver of Knowledge. Head of the entire Academic Branch of the Sanctuarate and widely known as the second most powerful and knowledgeable Force user in their space.

She had single-handedly terraformed planets, saved entire armies and planets from disease and starvation, and helped tens of billions as they grew from children to adults.

Darex Bond, protector of the people and avenger of the wronged, longest serving military officer of the Sanctuarate and currently Chief of the Crusader Corps under under his own former apprentice who became the New Commander-In-Chief as his replacement when he stood down. Recognized as the strongest and best warrior in the Sanctuarate, even above his father in this, if below him in skills, strategy and larger scale operations.

He is seen as a savior of the weak, maker of the strong, unyielding in his morality and passionate in his service. The idol of warriors and soldiers across the Sanctuarate for generations and a man who purged the Ebruchi Pirates and broke the Grysk Hegemony.

And their 'newest' member, Vaho Bond, the Listener of the Force, Seeing Child and Speaker of Mysteries. While the youngest, this did not make him someone to be underestimated. Vaho Bond more than earned his titles thanks to his near unique ability to truly 'hear' and 'speak' with the Force, allowing him to become a prodigal talent in its higher mysteries, rapidly becoming one of the leading voices in ritual usage, the written forms of the Force, and applications which can almost only be termed as 'Magic'.

His greatest feats involve the stopping of a slaver armada through a ritual which made all of its occupants lose consciousness, allowing Sanctuarate forces to easily free any slaves and destroy the rest, and actually saving an entire planet by creating sets temporary 'Gates' for them to evacuate into as their planet's sun went supernova.

And these three only gather when a few situations occur: their father's host has become the Grandmaster of the Force Temples, War as been declared, or large scale changes are being implemented.

Regardless of which, the people of the Sanctuarate knew to pay attention as the well known face of Tal'Myk Bond appeared before them.

"People of our Sanctuarate, as most of you know, these kinds of announcements are moments of change for us.

Of times when we grow.

When we are provoked.

Or when we must act as is only right.

But today, I come to say that it is time for all three."

Panning out, the people see the gathering of the highest authorities in the Sanctuarate alongside the Bond Family.

One of the most attention grabbing was Jaar Kot, the current Commander-In-Chief of all Sanctuarate military branches. A Taung female with unique purple eyes, near black skin with brown markings covering her species tough skin as she wore her heavily customized, pitch-black armor, helm under her arm.

Just as she was standing beside her former master, her senior, Chief Guardian Wrrost, a black furred beast of a Wookie with several runes decorating his fur, wearing a ceremonial Chieftain's helm with Mandalorian flavoring and a pair of sophisticated Battle gauntlets, stood on her other side.

This did secretly make both her senior and master amused as she was much smaller than them, to some of her frustration since they enjoyed having her between them. Jaar Kot even suspected her master had planned this by joining the Crusaders.

Inju the Crafter, leader of the still recovering Kwa population and representative of all the creation and construction centered organizations in their space. The blue Saurian was wearing simple purple hooded robes and holding an intricately carved staff in his right hand.

There were numerous representative of legislative branches and regional Voices present as well, although none were truly eye catching in this moment due to being amongst truly powerful beings.

Some of these being the Masters of the Force temples.

Temple of Combat: Master Noga, a tall and strong male Dathomirian with unique blue skin, traditional tattoos around his eyes and cheeks, with a distinguished crown of horns. He was wearing a set of dark blue armor beneath his robes, much like Darex Bond.

Temple of Healing: Master Fa'el Da, a radiant figure nearly fully covered in her robes to contain the literal light she emitted and to not tempt many with her beauty which she would only share with one. Like most of her people, the Diathim, she was tall and slender under her heavy cream robes, with a set of wings resting behind her.

Temple of Manipulation: Master Tulmur Hush, actually a Shi'ido shapeshifter, this master was currently appearing as an old human male with a bald head, long white beard, using a wooden cane for support and wearing traditional brown robes.

Temple of Creation: Master Alum Nuga, a female Twi'lek with pale grey skin and finely crafted silver jewelry decorating her lekku, and unique markings panting her body like it was a living work of art, seemingly shifting even. She was wearing a noticeably less conservative outfit, as if the top of her robes had been shrunk to show her toned and finely decorated midriff, and the lower half was covered by skin tight pants with thigh high boots.

Temple of Sight: Master Eorn Marr, a Miralukan male donning a traditional hood covering the absence of eyes indicative of his people and a matching black robe with golden accents.

Temple of Mysteries: Master Junziaz Alra, a second Dathomirian, although a female this time, with white skin decorated with blue marking around her eyes down her checks as if forever crying, long white hair tied up in an intricate braid and wearing more ornate grey robes.

This gathering of so many masters and high ranking military personnel was truly indicative of a great change coming.

Even with acts of war, such as the repeated conflicts with the Killik, Grysk and Vegaari, this kind of gathering had never happened.

"But before we continue, allow me to present you our father. Whole for the first time and truly ready to step forward as his own person." Tal'Myk revealed something mind blowing for the people of Sanctuarate with her words.

For near 4000 years, they had been guided by the hosts of Kieran Bond.

He was their spiritual leader.

A light in this incredibly dark galaxy, saving billions and giving them somewhere safe and secure to thrive. Somewhere the ideals behind what the Republic and Jedi were actually implemented and beings of all races could come together and actually strive for betters days.

In truth, most shorter lived races saw him almost as a kind of wise spirit and some of the more tribal ones sometimes even worshipped him as a benevolent deity.

He brought safety, strength, prosperity and wisdom through generations.

The mostly generational change in Host was seen as something of a renewal of blessings.

This changed things.

Stepping forward as the Children of Bond moved aside, allowing their father to walk up.

Thanks to advancements in Holographic technology in the Sanctuarate, everyone could see this all in true color.

Cloaked in the traditionally white robes with silver accents of the Grandmaster of the Temples, he stood tall with a strong frame visible through his robes, a head of thick medium length hair black as the night sky, features which made him seem both strong and compassionate at the same time, his light brown skin and handsome face were innately disarming, with a pair of surprisingly pointy ears peaking out of his black locks, but what was most powerful were his eyes. Like blazing blue suns shinning brightly as they stared out to them, looking at and through them.

"Greetings people of this Sanctuarate, unlike the many times I have stood here, before you on occasions such as this, I am not the secondary actor today.

I am Kieran Bond.

Sometime ago, many of you would have noticed a reaction in local temples and the celestial bodies whom we live upon and formed such strong bonds with. This was a result of a long term project to craft a true body for me to inhabit and live in to move beyond what I had been for the last 5000 years.

This was a project in which my children and many other masters, scientists and other individuals, participated in, culminating in a ceremony in which the Force accepted my change from my former state to this new one.

Because of this, I will no longer require any hosts, but I will also pass on once I die.

I have chosen to do this for a few reasons, but the most important being to fulfill a promise.

This promise was the reason I created a sanctuary in the Unknown Regions. It was the seed which would blossom into the Sanctuarate we all now enjoy and defend everyday, whether in combat or by simply following the beliefs which make it great.

This promise was to be a light in the darkness should all others be snuffed out. To fight against the darkness when others had failed and bring hope in the stead of the fallen."

This was complete news to the people of the Sanctuarate.

It was incredible to hear that someone would achieve so much to fulfill a promise made so long ago. To toil for thousands of years in order to create a force of good to counter evil. Forging a powerful military which had grown to dominate even the feared and mysterious Unknown Regions. A civilization which brought back marvels from ages passed and created their own.

People all over Sanctuarate space felt proud of this.

Proud that they had accomplished so much under such an honorable being.

"Because of this promise, I have strived to be that light to all of you and those who came before. To save those who I could without letting the darkness know of this light. To nurture this home of ours so that, should it come to it, we would strike back against the forces which would tear apart everything we had accomplished.

And the reason I had to change. Had to stand on my own feat. To finally prepare to fulfill my promise was because I, alongside many others from the Temple of Sight and beyond, have foreseen a coming darkness which would snuff out every light and bleed everything dry until it could not longer profit from doing so and moving on. A darkness which will cover the Galaxy should it not be stopped and that requires us to act in order to defeat it."

A sobering thought for them all.

Unlike the Jedi of the Republic, Temple members and masters were constantly and actively operating throughout Sanctuarate space to aid, guide and defend the people. Knowledge on them was widespread and freely available for any who wished to learn, as such even ordinary individuals knew of the extraordinary gift of Foresight many Force Users had, along with its dangers. And for the most prominent masters to all share the same vision of such coming evil, it was alarming.

"That is why, today, I am here to inform you that we are going to be preparing to reveal ourselves to the Galaxy which has wronged so many of you. Which continues to wrong your people and your homeworlds as their systems are poisoned from within.

We will change this!

We will be the light for those like you. Like your ancestors. Like your people still suffering!

We will show the Galaxy the ideals they should have upheld!

We will wake the Galaxy from this downward spiral of suffering and exploitation!

We will make them understand that enough is enough!"

The passion in those words.

The certainty they possessed.

The ideals they preached.

This was what made the Sanctuarate great to so many.

They stood amongst so many races seeking to dominate and conquer others. To use them for their own benefits, and they had beaten them all and thrived from it. Many did wish to aid those of their species escape suffering like they had. To find family, clan, tribe and friends so that they could all be safe together, only for it to be impossible for many reasons.

But now, their leader was announcing this was at an end.

"As of now, we shall be preparing for the greatest war our people has ever faced.

It will be against systematic wrongs. Evils of the lowest sorts. Armies at a galactic level.

Because of this, I am announcing an increase in funding across the board, with the necessary operations and resources to support them, and the beginning of our elimination of the beings who have attempted to enslave any whom they come across for thousands of years to aid in training any who wish to volunteer for our coming efforts.

This is not an order for everyone to bare arms.

I am only asking those who desire to help as we will always need scholars to for the preservation and spread of knowledge, farmers to sate the people, healers for the wounded in either body or spirit, researchers to give us all the best odds on and off the battlefield.

We might be preparing for war, but we must always remember the ideals and reasons for why we must fight it. We are not fighting for glory, but because it is the right thing to do.

And so we will prepare.

Prepare to avenge millennia of suffering and strike down those who would snuff out the lights of the Galaxy. So that we may all walk forward to a brighter future."

This address would change the Galaxy.

In worlds overlooked by it, places where the downtrodden could find sanctuary, broken worlds ignored after being shattered now being healed, they all heard the words of their leader or ally.

And the Republic, Sith and Jedi had absolutely no clue of what was to come.

For the people of the Sanctuarate, no matter what their leader had said, this was a call to arms.

A chance for those in the military to really show everything they had. To test themselves on a whole new level and show the results of their training and experiences. To strike down the same type of scum they've had to face in the Unknown regions since day one. It was also a time to repay what they owed to the Bond family and prove their honor in following them as they uphold theirs.

An opportunity for creators to gain new inspiration, new drive and goals. A time of pressure for them to up their performance and improve or be left behind by those who could. The Sanctuarate valued these kinds of people, from poets to ship designers, because they all made their worlds great.

A goal for many in the less glamorous employments like those in the agriculture fields, whether it be in food, raw materials and or even water. Their people had long since learnt how to cultivate even incredibly rare metals and crystals, making them vital to the extreme and well respected for their roles as the lifeblood of all Sanctuarate space, and right now they would work to change the Galaxy. Hard to get more exciting for a farmer.

And for those truly on the path of the Force, this would be the time to show their contemporaries in Republic space just how much one can achieve by understanding the Force as a whole and the great good one can achieve while doing so, even avoiding 'falling' into the Dark side when one has the proper support systems and practices. To wake up their fellow followers of the Light and show them what they should truly have been doing.

The Sanctuarate might not usually actively desire war, but it certainly never shied away from it. They had the most impressive military culture in millennia because they respected war, strength and honor, but also appreciated life, culture and advancements.

And while all these people were inspired by him, Kieran himself was touched and grateful.

At most, he had believed the military forces would follow him out of a sense of respect for his son due to having abstained from direct military activities for a few decades now, but seeing how so many were going above and beyond moved his heart and made him remember words he had heard from his first true friend in this galaxy so long ago.

'Look Nomi, I have done good.' He thought as he looked at the setting Sun from his home.

______________________________________

SPECIES MENTIONED:

•Neti: A race of Shapeshifting sentient plant-like beings who are all Force sensitive in some form or other and posses an undetermined lifespan.

•Gen'Dai: As explained above, they are nigh unkillable beings formed mostly of muscles and nerve bundles with a regeneration factor which can almost outdo Wolverine's. They have no bones though and their armors serve to give them a proper shape.

•Yoda's Species: Yes, Kieran has his own Yoda, although a fairly young one by the species standard, basically a young adult version. They are known to be wise and all force sensitive, with what is technically an undetermined lifespan even if Yoda ducked out of life at 900+.

•Diathim: Space angels. Literally. They are what Anakin referred to when he called Padmé an Angel at 9-10 years old. They essentially have eye-of-the-beholder beauty as they emit a minor innate illusion, have two to six blade like wings they can use to actually fly in space, literally glow and have some natural hypnotic abilities.

•Maebilus: Essentially the opposite of the Diathim. They have extremely strong red and black metallic skin said to also resemble molten gold, with this forming sharp claws, horns and spikes on their bodies, contributing to their immense strength and speed. They can basically swim through the earth with how fast they can dig, can also survive in space, blaster deflecting skin and the vocal abilities on par with sirens.

•Taung: This species is the origin of Mandalorian culture which was created due to their declining population after having lost their wars against the humans of Coruscant. Tough, resilient and almost made for guerrilla warfare, they're kind of like if a gungan and human had a deadly offspring.

•Wookie: You all know. Wrraaagh!

•Dathomirian: Most should know them by now as the more force sensitive Zabrak offshoots born. The males resemble their cousins with vestigial horns, being tougher than humans, having second hearts and higher pain thresholds, while the woman were usually pale-skinned near-humans who shared some less visible similarities.

•Shi'ido: Likely the best shapeshifting species in Star Wars, they sort of resembled potatoes with faces in their natural form but could take on any appearance they desired thanks to their physiology. They also had telepathic abilities which made people look over most flaws in their appearances.

•Miraluka: Pretty much humans except they don't have eyes. In exchange, all of them have the ability to see through the Force and have at least a degree of Force Sensitivity.

•Twi'Lek: You all know what they look like, but here's a bit of info for more casual fans. Their head tail are actually more accurately 'brain tails' as they are directly connected and are mainly formed of nerve or fat tissue depending on the lifestyle of the Twi'lek. Damage to them can even lead to mental retardation due to this. They are useful in their language and in 'sexy time' though. They also have multiple stomachs and can eat pretty much anything.

•Kwa: These are actually a race of blue humanoid dinosaurs who were heavily Force sensitive and are the ones who uplifted the Rakata (Cannibalistic Dark Side users who are like if the Sith were actually competent) before they created their Empire. They created the Star Wars equivalent of Star Gates before devolving into Dathomirian Kwi on their home planet due to the Rakata (obviously more happened since).

AUTHOR NOTES:

Yes this chapter was kind of heavy on info, but I thought it would be good to just get that kind of stuff out of the way first for the major figures of my faction while hinting at some of what it can do and the differences between their Force Users and the Jedi.

More will be known later, but this was mostly a set up for what is to come. An epilogue pretty much.

Somewhat of a hint into the forces Kieran will have at his disposal and what it generally to come and why.

It won't be all war and conquest 'for the light', that's just part of it and I've got plans right now.

I'm actually going to be trying to focus more on smaller scale actions and people, with how this would affect the Galaxy as a whole during these first parts instead of just going full God Emperor on some fools.

Anyway, hope this didn't drive people away, especially the long exposition speech, but gotta get through things like this so it doesn't just look like Kieran has an infinite and extremely dedicated empire out of nowhere.

Essentially, this was a prologue. The precursor to a great shift in the Galaxy's destiny and more will be learnt later.
