Quickly making my way back up to my room, I gathered the twin blades as well as the crossbow that was now aptly named Eaglesong before returning to her workshop. I still found it hilarious that Lise managed to name the crossbow the exact same name I had planned on calling it. I guess my half-assed bedtime stories can really imprint stuff on impressionable kids.
Walking past Lise, I placed my weapons on the table located on the other side of the small workshop.
"Come here, Lise," I beckoned as I splayed out the Yang and Yin in front of me. "Let me show you something."
My eyes scanned my old blades, noting the ridiculous amount of minor chinks and battle damage they'd accrued while they were in Lise's possession. I guess she really put them to good use.
"See here," I pointed at the two blades' halfway point, "At first glance, they look like standard hardening Seigels, right?"
