"Who are you?" Jinbei's voice cut through the dimness as he and Fire Fist Ace noticed Ling Bai's presence.
"A person who's about to shake the world," Ling Bai replied cryptically, leaving them with a smirk before striding away, indifferent to their curiosity.
Soon, the other inmates caught sight of Ling Bai, a figure clad in clean clothes from the outside world, a rare sight in the depths of Impel Down.
"Where's the kid from?"
"I've been starving for months!"
"Hey, kid, open this cell and I'll make you rich!"
"I'll pay ten million Bellies!"
"A hundred million!"
"Damn it, kid, you deaf?"
The sixth floor erupted with clamor, every eye fixated on Ling Bai. Here in Eternal Hell, where bounties began at a hundred million Bellies, the atmosphere was thick with malice.
Most would have crumbled under such pressure, but Ling Bai remained calm. With a disdainful snort, he unleashed a frigid blast.
In an instant, the cells on either side were encased in ice, the inmates transformed into frozen statues. Ling Bai wielded the full-level Ice Teigu with terrifying precision, surpassing even Aokiji's frozen fruit ability.
As the inmates recoiled in shock and fear, a deep voice cut through the silence.
"The power of freezing? Is Aokiji dead? Who are you, brat?"
Ling Bai turned towards the voice, surprised to see a burly man seated confidently in a nearby cell.
