Golden County occupied the lands west of the Range of Myriad Beasts where the Jade Lotus Sect was. The county was known for its lush earth and the richness of its crops that allowed it to grow almost any crop, earning the phrase 'In Golden Harvest County, the lands can grow gold'.

Despite its impressive width, the county only housed five great cities, three of which were located in its east near the Range of Myriad Beasts, and the other two appeared in its west, bordering Shattered Vale.

The reason for the uneven division was simple and straightforward. Very much like the three big cities of Trapped County, those five metropolises were founded in areas rich with Qi that provided better cultivation opportunities and environment.
