The afternoon gym class felt more like a punishment than a necessary component of modeling school. As I stood on the grassy field, staring at the makeshift soccer setup, I couldn't help but wonder how kicking a ball around was supposed to refine my runway skills.

"Football?" I muttered, looking at Chloe. "Really? What does this have to do with modeling?"

Chloe, tying her shoelaces, shrugged. "I think it's supposed to help with coordination, balance, and teamwork. You know, in case we ever have to model while dribbling a ball or dodging tackles."

I snorted. "Oh yes, because haute couture soccer is all the rage these days."

The coach, a tall, no-nonsense woman with a whistle that could probably shatter glass, clapped her hands loudly to get our attention. "Alright, people! Today we're working on agility, stamina, and quick thinking. These are essential skills for every successful model."

Chloe raised an eyebrow at me as if to say, See?
