Chapitre 73: The King Arrival
They get back to their sewer base and Schaffe leans his blade at the wall. He gets to his barrel stove and starts to cook dinner looks at the terminal and sees The Other Jess is active. He calls her.
"giving the boss lady the good news?" asked Phil.
"Hello? Is there something wrong?" asked The Other Jess on the speakers.
"Hey, Jess? Is Amon…Alan?" asked Schaffe. They all looked surprised at him.
"Have you mat Amon?" asked The Other Jess.
"Yes, He helped us rid of Avaritia," said Schaffe.
"That is correct. Amon is Alan," said The Other Jess.
"What?" questioned Phil.
"Back a few years ago when we all found out Schaffe has come here and after Phil's death. Alan was against us turning on him and would turn and Join Diablo and become Amon, The Wicked Sky Beast. But after a while, Amon saw the error of his choice. He would go into solitude in the airport there not helping him or us," said The Other Jess.
"It's because he does not want to fight his friends," said Schaffe.
"Alan. He might look it but he a loyal guy to the very end," said Phil.
"I need to go. We got reports that the king is on the move and has left his tower," said Jess.
"He might have found out of Avaritia already," said Schaffe.
"Probably, Diablo has eyes and ears in some places," said The Other Jess. She hangs up. Schaffe gets back to his stove and continues to cook.
"This place keeps on getting stranger," said Phil.
"Yeah, But we have beaten three of those monsters now," said Schaffe.
"some of these things are strange," said Phil. They would hear something knocking on the manhole cover.
"Who could that be?" asked Jess. Schaffe goes up and sees The Other Punk above. He lets him come down.
"What's up?" asked Schaffe.
"I came to apologize to you. I have treated you harshly because of what happened to our Schaffe," said The Other Punk.
"No, sweet kid. I would never hold a grudge against you," said Schaffe.
"Thanks, Schaffe. I lost not just my real father but the one who I thought was my father. who betrayed me and the other turn into this menace to people.," said The Other Punk.
"Well, what's done is done. He made his bed and chose this. It not your fault he like this," said Schaffe. "And you chose the right thing and protected those who cannot fight back against a deathclaw army." They hear The Other Punk's radio go off.
"Hey, Punk. The King is in our territory," said The Radio.
"Diablo, has shown up around here?" asked Phil.
"It's time I finished this," said Schaffe. He goes over and picks up the Deathclaw Slayer.
"What?" questioned Jess.
"This time. He not going to have it easy," said Schaffe.
"I wish you luck and any bet he heading to the railyard," said The Other Punk. "We will back you up with my men."
"Then we got a party going," said Schaffe.
