They were at the entrance of the inside of the vault and they did not see anybody there.
"Nothing, so far," said Phil.
"No signs of bandits either," said Ian.
"They could be deeper in," said Schaffe.
"Possible," said Phil. They head down the halls of the vault and start to hear voices as they go and follow where it coming from.
They get to a room where they see two other bandits sitting on a couch away from the door. Phil and Ian walk behind the couch and take them out from behind with their knives. But they see a bandit enter the room and see them. Schaffe comes from the down and shoots him in the head with his handgun.
"Nice shot," said Phil. They figure they got most of the bandits and look around and grab computer parts and more. But they get to one room where they see a man tied up. He wore a white shirt with dark blue jeans with black shoes. They see the man is a ghoul this was Alan from seven years ago.
"Hey, it's a ghoul," said Ian.
"Who are you people? More freaks," said Alan.
"No, we just got rid of them," said Schaffe.
"I see, so now what? You going to kill me?" asked Alan.
"Only if you want to kill us," said Phil.
"If you got rid of those freaks then you're a friend of mine," said Alan.
"Then we can let you go," said Ian. Phil unties Alan from his chair.
"So, pal you got a name?" asked Phil.
"Last I recall my name is Alan and if my appearance does not tell I am a ghoul," said Alan.
"So, what is next for you?" asked Schaffe.
"Well, probably go and survive like anyone else," said Alan.
"You could join us," said Schaffe.
"Hey, we can not just ask random people to join us. Ian was a good one but we can not trust everyone," said Phil.
"He is right. I could be a killer or even worse," said Alan.
"He seems like a chill guy," said Ian.
"Only if you do not piss me off," said Alan.
"I guess we have no choice here, we got what we need so let's head back home," said Phil. They leave Vault Seventy-Nine and they head back to their base with Alan The Ghoul joining them.
They get back to their workshop with all the parts and begin to work on building a new computer.
"So, what should we start with?" questioned Ian.
"Well, we should design it with the parts we have," said Schaffe. "If anything, you will be building our frame."
"Okay, you two know more about machines anyway," said Ian.
"Yeah, we have to plan where every part goes and make sure it works where it is," said Phil.
"It might take us the rest of the day to do that," said Schaffe.
"Well, I guess I will just let you get to work then," said Ian.
"I'm just going for a walk," said Alan. They leave them.
"Alright, let us get to work here," said Phil.
