Chapitre 27: Chapter 27:

"RepRep made this in one night?" Sara said, looking at the 1km by 1km open space in the forest with a platform just a bit smaller in the middle. The platform itself was about 800m by 800m, a perfect cube. There were also 25 pillars stacked on top of each other in the middle of the platform stacked on each other.

"Well, in one full day." I corrected her, not that it made her surprise lessen.

"That's ridiculous. You are overworking poor Reprep." Sara said, looking at Ai walking around making sheets.

"He doesn't have any thought process. He is only a robot that takes orders. I can't even talk to him." I said, sounding quite annoyed that he was like that.

"Why don't you give him all those things like your Mark2 had?" Sara said, reminding me of my loveable dead robot of the past.

"Well, because I don't have the time right now. Mark 3 didn't even have an AI built into him." I explained, shrugging while gesturing towards the big build we were busy with right now.

"How long will it take you to make an AI for RepRep?" Sara asked, looking at me intrigued.

"6 months, give or take," I said realistically, as I would need to start from scratch.

"But you already made one, right?" Sara said with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, I have, but all that data is in the human world, or it's destroyed," I explained, getting a confused look from

"How was it destroyed?" Sara said, raising an eyebrow at me.

"It got stolen by my ex-boyfriend, so I made it self-destruct on him." I calmly explained, not wanting to get annoyed by mentioning the retard.

"Boyfriend, I thought you were only into girls." Sara said looking at me suspiciously.

"Well, not originally. He was a jackass. It changed my mind about men. That's all I can say about him before I want to vomit." I explained, scrunching my face.

"Haha, was it that bad?" Sara said, chuckling at my expression.

"He cheated on me with a dumb witch bell. That's not all. He also let people know where and how to get to my house. Something only 4 people knew in the world. I guess it should be worlds." I said, adding the last part as a joke.

"Ah, your ex-sister? Now that is one thing that makes sense, but how did that make you like only girls?" Sara asked, raising an eyebrow at me.

"With him going, better stuff came," I said, sounding quite depressed.

"Right. So, you think Selena is going to get here anytime soon?" Sara said, changing the subject to my relief.

"You don't need to feel awkward about what we are talking about." I lied, shrugging. Although I didn't want to talk about it, it wasn't like ignoring it would make it better.

"Hmm, not talking about it is better than talking about it," Sara said, nodding back.

"Well, that's true. You think she was told everything?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at Sara.

"No, they won't tell her everything. She isn't the best at keeping secrets. Why is the platform so big? Are you really going to make a warehouse this big?" Sara asked, looking at the giant platform.

"Well, no, the warehouse will only be 250 000 square metres." The leftover space will be used for outdoor training or whatever else I want to do outside."

"I see, I don't, but I understand that it will be like a perfect picnic location," Sara said, smiling very happily at the thought.

"No, you aren't going to have dates with your barn boy on my property," I said, deadpaning at her.

"It isn't yours. It's Dads'." Sara argued.

"I made it so it's mine," I said back with a raised eyebrow.

"Dad's money made it." Sara rebuked her, folding her arms in front of her.

"My brain made it," I said, wondering what her comeback would be at that.

"Mom made your brain," Sara said, making both our facial expressions disintegrate into disgust.

"…. What?" I muttered, looking at her, very confused.

"What did I just say?" Sara muttered, looking at her hands like they were in something disgusting.

"Alright, let's just move on. RepRep, come here." I said, walking to the robot to put commands into it has to do.

"…"

"Okay, let's put 40 sheets in four corners and then 80 sheets in the middle of each corner. There we go."

"I don't think you have enough for all that yet," Sara said, looking at the screen with the data to see how many I have of everything.

"I know. I made another 3D printer over there. We will use it later, but we need pillars first anyway. So, it doesn't matter that we don't have enough." I explained, pointing at the small machine to the side.

"And how are you going to make the pillars?"

"It's already made," I said, pointing at the giant blocks of metal behind us.

"Wait, is that why those blocks are here?" Sara said, looking at the giant blocks of metal behind us.

"You are correct. Each of these blocks is only 1 meter in thickness, but they are 20 meters high, so they will make the perfect pillars. After that, I will need to make beams, but that's a problem for a few days." I explained, getting Sara to nod in understanding.

"But how are you going to join the sheets onto it, and what about the roof? You can't move them as well. They are way too heavy." Sara said, looking at me doubtfully.

"Yeah, I know they are only going to be the ground pillar that will take most of the weight of the roof later on. Also, you will see how easy it is to move them around for me." I said, smiling evilly at her.

"I will have to witness it on my own. How many of these pillars will you need?" Sara asked, still not believing me, something that was understandable.

"They are made to be 100 meters spaced out, so it should be 25 for the first floor. The second floor will also have a few, but of course, not the same height."

"So, you have enough, in other words? Will the sizes stay the same?" Sara said, looking back at the pillars.

"No, the roof will be a prism from the first floor."

"How many floors will there be?"

"Only three."

"Wait, so one floor is going to be 20 meters high? What about the others?" Sara asked, confused.

"Yes, from then on, it will be the normal height for the living courters. What do you think that isn't enough?"

"No, the first floor is too much," Sara said, shaking her head.

"No, if I want to train, I need the space," I said, tilting my head at her.

"Train outside."

"Then what is the point of having a warehouse-size house?"

"That's called a mansion."

"Mansions have multiple rooms for guests. I don't need that. It's a waste of space." I argued, denying her.

And a giant training area, isn't it? No, don't answer that." Sara said, shaking her head and not wanting to hear the obvious.

"Well, you already know the answer to all those questions," I said, laughing at her.

"Yes."

"Let's get back to my house."

"Warehouse."

"Same thing. Anyway, are you going to help me move them?" I asked, looking at Sara with a grin.

"Move what now?" Sara said, already having a dreaded expression.

"These pillars, of course," I said, smiling.

"Sara, can you come with me? Let's go catch up." Lina said, coming out of Sara's shadow.

"Okay, Mom," Sara said with no hesitation.

"Tsk, lucky," I said, chuckling.

"It's not like she could have helped you move that thing anyway. Just teleport it to the spots you need it." Lina said, shaking her head at my antics.

"That was the plan. I just wanted to see her suffer," I said, laughing at Sara's horror face.

"You are a mean sister."

"Right, Selena is on her way. She is just getting some things before coming."

"It's fine. I don't need her just yet," I said, grabbing the first pillar and teleporting away with it.

Click!

"Awesome, first try," I said, happy to see that the pillar had already clicked into place on the ground.

Going around the pillar to click on the side locks, I used my sword to melt the locks together. Making it impossible for it to ever come apart again. Lucky for me, I didn't need to bend down to do so.

When I was done with the first pillar, I moved on to the next one.

[45 minutes later]

"Hey, what the hell is all this?" I heard Selena say it from behind me.

"You are late," I said, not turning around.

"Something came up," Selena said indifferently.

"So, you were the one stalking me in the trees, weren't you?" I said, picking up the components on the table next to me to put into my 3D printer.

"What are you making?" Selena asked, ignoring what I said.

"Hmm, a 3D printer. RepRep is working too slowly for me, so I want to make another one. This one will be the one you will be using." I said.

"Why is it so big?"

"Well, if I am going to make something that will only be able to do one thing, I might as well make it useful for future projects as well," I said, putting the glass top on the giant 3D printer.

"I don't understand," Selena said, confused.

"I don't expect you to," I said, not sounding at all arrogant about it.

"Even if you say it like that, it still annoys me," Selena said, clicking her tongue.
