Chapitre 7: Let's use some underhanded ways
"Alright, lets fight already" she accepted easily.
we both got ready. I drank some body strengthening medicines.
"that's cheating" she shouted, annoyed
"I was drinking some low grade potions to heal my injured hand." i told an obvious lie
"whatever"
"Haa" She swung her sword at me, but i easily blocked it with my shield. The impulse is much greater than I thought.
I blocked blows after blows. If it keeps on like this, I wont be able to hold out longer.
I have to End this
All this time, I was searching for a chance to get behind her, but she was leaving no blind spots. I can't even pin her, her strength is much more than mine. I can't even throw those Red Balloons at her, she will pop them in one swing.
just then, I closed the distance a bit, and swiftly threw a dagger, she blocked it using her sword. using this time, I got behind her, and threw my balloons at her. she turned around, but it was too late, she was taken aback. before she could gain her composure,
I jumped at her
of course it was so that she couldn't use her sword. as for me, it was quite embarrassing to hug your opponent all of a sudden. had i not done this, i would've lost all my hope along with the balloons.
After I slammed her to the ground, the Red Baloons started doing their work.
"Stop"
"Aargh"
"You ***** bastard"
"I won't forgive you"
"You'll pay"
"Aaaah"
I was actually able to pin her and now she was cursing me non-stop. Others just watching in awe
"Just admit defeat. These guys are the strongest in my collection, and some real kickers" I told her
"You are a villain, you even tamed them. Aahh"
Looks like she won't listen that way
I grabbed her hair, took out my dagger and placed it at her throat.
"Listen, I can kill you anytime I want. Do you give up?"
"Yes, I lost. Please get these things off me"
I moved away from her, and put my Red Balloons where they should be.
And just like that, I won an impossible battle.
"Are you alright Alna?" Ren came to help her get up. He's a nice guy.
"Thanks" Alna dusted herself, feeling down.
Ren came to me. I guess he's going to give me an earful. I'll just listen to his sermon.
"You're amazing"
"What? Aren't you going to scold me?"
"I have to admit that your ways were a bit offhanded. But there wasn't much you could've done with that level gap. I have to admit, you're strong"

"Welcome to my party" I said mockingly
"I won't admit this, you cheated" she said
"Take this, this will heal your wounds"
"You are giving my own potion to me after hurting me. Just how sadistic you can be?"
Come to think of it, I went too far. She's a nice girl, and I have to be in good terms with her if I want her help.
"Alna"
"What happened, are you still not satisfied?"
"I'm sorry, I had no other choice"
"It's alright" she said blushingly
I made a party with her, and was surprised to find out that her level was actually 42. She was lying all along.
