Chapitre 389: Finally the semifinals

The duel between Kaizen and Evan somehow comforted the hearts of the spectators. And this was not only because of Evan's gesture in surrendering in a friendly manner when he realized he was going to lose, nor just because of Kaizen's gesture in letting him know that the battle was already won, but also because of Psyker's kindest smile that any of his fans had ever seen.

However, while the first battle of the quarterfinals ended peacefully, delighting the spectators with fair play after an epic fight, the second battle was frightening to say the least.

Everyone was looking forward to the clash between Ryeis and Qeidurth, but no one expected that the paladin would have no chance against the owner of the Crystal Sword.

Qeidurth was literally slaughtered with blows so fast that normal spectators could barely see, and even with her healing and blessing magic, her wounds would not close quickly.
