I stood levitating in the sky above the building behind the execution scaffold I was close enough to see everything that was going on while still maintaining being hidden by the humans.

"Do you have any last words?"

It went silent for a moment everyone in the crowd was waiting for what was about to be said.

They were also terrified at what they had just heard and all this was said with a malicious smile on his face showing that he wasn't afraid of death and meant everything he said.
Along with the power they had just felt him use even though they knew it should be completely suppressed in nullification rune cuffs and up in the balcony even the emperor was shocked as well.
He wondered what he could've meant when he said his lord would come and save him and why he seemed so sure of it he thought maybe he was just rambling on giving himself hope that he would be saved and rescued, but by who was the question.

The emperor turned to his family and closest servants to tell them what he had found out he was about to put the whole nation on the highest possible alert.
