Chapitre 5: Chapter 5: The battle for Elderfire: Wu Hao’s courage and strength, Part 1

Wu Hao wakes up early in the morning, feeling excited and nervous for the entrance exam to the Martial Arts Academy. As Wu Hao was preparing to leave the old man's house, the old man approached him with a small talisman in his hand.

"Take this," he said, offering the talisman to Wu Hao. "It will help you in times of need."

Wu Hao took the talisman and examined it closely. It was made of a strange material that he had never seen before, and it had a strange symbol etched into its surface.

"What is it?" Wu Hao asked, looking up at the old man.

"It's a talisman," the old man replied. "It has the power to dispel bad luck and protect you from harm."

Wu Hao was skeptical. He had never believed in magic or superstition, and he wasn't sure if he could trust the old man's words.

"But how does it work?" he asked.

"Just hold it tightly and wish for the bad luck to be gone," the old man explained. "It may not work every time, but it's better than nothing."

Wu Hao nodded, still unsure if he should trust the old man's gift. But as he prepared to leave the house and continue on his journey, he slipped the talisman into his pocket.

"Thank you," he said, turning to the old man. "I'll be sure to use it in times of need."

The old man smiled and nodded. "Good luck on your journey," he said. "Remember, the road ahead may be difficult, but with determination and a little bit of luck, you can overcome any obstacle."

As Wu Hao continues his journey towards the Martial Arts Academy, he remembers the special gift that the old man had given him. It was a small talisman that the old man said would help him in times of need.

Halfway through his journey, Wu Hao hears a commotion in the distance. As Wu Hao approached the site of the battle, he saw a group of people wore dark robes made of rough, black fabric that seemed to absorb the light around them. Their attire gave them a menacing and intimidating appearance that made Wu Hao feel uneasy.

Their robes were adorned with various symbols and patterns that seemed to have a mystical significance. Some of the symbols were etched in silver or gold thread, while others were embroidered with dark thread that seemed to shimmer in the moonlight.

The faces of the group members were obscured by dark hoods that covered their entire heads, leaving only their eyes visible. The hoods had a sinister appearance, with sharp angles and lines that made them look almost demonic.

Their weapons were made of a dark metal that had an ancient, almost rusted look to it. They were crude and rugged, with a design that suggested they had been crafted by hand.

As they moved, Wu Hao noticed that they had a certain grace and fluidity to their movements that suggested they were highly trained and skilled. But their appearance and mannerisms made it clear that they were not to be trifled with.

Wu Hao wondered who they were and what their purpose was. He had a feeling that they were not a group of martial artists like the ones he had encountered earlier. He couldn't shake the feeling that they were up to no good.

While on the other side there is an ancient beast in all its glory. The beast was colossal, with two massive wings that glinted with starlight and space reflex. It had a single golden horn on its head and six glowing eyes that seemed to see everything at once. Its body was covered in thick, powerful scales that shimmered in the sunlight.

"Base on the appearance it must be the Ancient Beast Elderfire and why if it here and who are those men in black?" Wu Hao Think in his mind with a confuse and suspicious expression.

Legend had it that Elderfire had been alive for centuries and had witnessed many of the greatest events in the history of the martial arts. The black-robed men believed that the creature held the key to unlocking a powerful martial arts technique that would give them ultimate power and control.

They were willing to do whatever it took to capture Elderfire, even if it meant killing the creature and risking the wrath of others who might oppose them.

Ultimately, the black-robed men believed that the knowledge they could gain from killing Elderfire would give them the power and influence they desired, allowing them to dominate the martial arts world and impose their will upon others.

As Wu Hao observed the scene, he saw that both sides had suffered significant damage. The ancient beast had left a trail of destruction in its wake, with trees uprooted and rocks shattered. The ground was scarred and pitted, and there were deep craters where the beast had landed. Wu Hao could sense that Elderfire was innocent simply by looking into its eyes. He saw a deep wisdom and ancient power within the creature, but also a sense of kindness and compassion.

The group of people in black robes were also badly injured. Some of them had deep cuts and bruises, while others had broken limbs or internal injuries. Their weapons and robes were torn and damaged, and they looked exhausted and defeated.

Wu Hao could see that the battle had been fierce and intense. Both sides had fought with all their might, and neither had emerged unscathed.

But despite the damage and injuries, the group of people in black robes seemed to have the upper hand. They had managed to surround the ancient beast and appeared to be preparing for a final attack.

Wu Hao knew that he had to act fast if he wanted to help. He could sense that the situation was dangerous and that he needed to be careful. But he also knew that he couldn't just stand by and watch as the ancient beast was attacked.

As he was prepared to join the battle and help the beast the leader of the black robe men suddenly notice the presence of another party. He looked at Wu Hao with a cold, calculating gaze "Who are you?" He said while stepped forward, his weapon raised and ready to strike.

"Just an acolyte want to interfere our Dark Phoenix business?" the other minion sneered, his voice filled with contempt.

Wu Hao stood his ground, his fists raised and ready to fight.

"I can't just stand by and watch as you attack an innocent creature," he replied.

"You shouldn't have interfered," the leader of the group said, his voice low and menacing. "This is none of your concern. Do you know that even my minions alone could easily kill you? I am a sage, while they are at least at an elder level. Do you want to die? Our Dark Phoenix Clan doesn't want to kill an ant. Hahaha, get lost right now, or suffer the consequences."
