Chapitre 60: The Lady In Black, Part Forty-Five

{Emi}

Emi's heart pounded in her chest. 

Sweat trickled down the side of her face. Her grip around her dagger felt shaky. 

She'd lost count of how many tiny skirmishes she'd been involved in so far. A mage here, a tank there, a couple of swordsmen. She'd cut down so many of them. 

Her muscles were screaming. 

But, the opportunist inside of her was celebrating. 

This was horrible for her heart, but wonderful for her leveling. 

Gritting her teeth, Emi watched as a man with two massive axes in each hand noticed her and quickly began marching toward her position. 

Emi waited, putting one dagger up in front of her. The man was just about to arrive at her position, nothing but murder in his eyes as he looked down at the much smaller girl. 

And, Emi used {Flash}.

Producing a flashbang out of thin air, she threw the item up at the man's face. 

"AGH!" 

He cried out, dropping one of his axes.
