Chapitre 40: Clash Of Fables [Pt 2]

Amanda was pretty sure she was in some sort of dream and she also noticed something; she was plunging into thin space, her arms flapping at her sides like she was some parachute.

A force grabbed at her in thin air and slowly she was set down to a hard surface, she had no idea where she was but refused to open her eyes. She was sure she was dead; an explosion of that magnitude could do nothing but kill her, there wasn't any sort of miracle that would be able to save her from that.

"Amanda"

She heard her name ever so softly, like a caress and Amanda smiled to herself. She could hear his voice, meaning she was probably in heaven and the… ouch!

Her eyes snapped open at the pain in her arm and the voice she had heard softly was anything but soft, it bordered on full on panic as Santa Claus slapped her arm again and again, urging her to wake up.
