Chapitre 50: Hidden Inventory VII: Kenshin vs. Satoru II

"Oh no! Satoru?! Toji?!"
Kenshin's eyes widened in shock, as he blasted out at full speed and disappeared.

Meanwhile, the battle between the two powerhouses was still underway. Satoru having the upper hand was making full use of the Limitless, firing destructive energy spheres and blasts that utterly destroyed the environment.
And while Toji wasnt winning the battle, at the very least, he proved to be a worthy challenge, armed with the Inverted Spear of Heaven.
*BANG!*
Getting hurled back by a kick was sent crashing into a tree, as his body slid down slowly.
"How weak I must've been then, to think even someone like you nearly killed me…" Walking forward, supreme confidence radiated off the figure of the white haired youth, as his body slowly began to levitate.
"Throughout heaven and earth, I alone I'm the honoured one…"
He proclaimed, encapsulated in the golden sunset, like a God from the Heavens.
Meanwhile, Toji recovered from his stupor, glared at the opponent who was calmly levitating in the sky and pulled out a long metal chain from the mouth of the cursed spirit on his shoulder and joined it to the inverted spear of heaven.
Whirling it, he spun around and hurled it forward like a spear, at it shot towards the white haired youth.
'I'm sorry, Suguru. I wasn't even there to see you off. Rest easy my friend and watch as I avenge you.."
Satoru's eye grew teary, as memories of his best friend's smile flashed within his mind.
He began waving his hand in tandem, completely unbothered by the weapon that was piercing towards him.
"Hollow Purple…"
Holding up his fingers, purple light blossomed around his figure, before a purplish energy sphere blasted towards Toji in a split second, ripping through even air molecules itself.
Witnessing the fine life between life and death flash within his mind, he finally broke free of Kenjaku's mind control, as the light returned to his eyes, while he watched the purple energy sphere blast towards him.
Preparing himself to meet the end, he closed his eye and dropped the blade in hand, as a joyful tear dripped down his cheek.
'Mina….Emiko…I'm sorry…This time we'll live together forever..'
Muttering inwardly, a serene smile graced his lips, as he embraced his end.
*Universal Pull..*
An instant before death swallowed him, he felt a mysterious force latch onto his physical body and in an instant, he seemingly teleported out of the range of Satoru's destructive attack.
The purplish orb exploded the next moment, wiping out every single iota of matter in its range.
Sensing a rather peculiar yet familiar cursed energy in the area, Satoru turned to face an intruder, one who had saved Toji from instant death.
"Kenshin…"
"Satoru.."
The two cousins faced off, one in the air, and the other in the sky, their Rinnegan and Six eyes glaring into each other as sparks of cursed energy seemed to fly due to the immense stare down.
Toji who was leaning against a wall, raised his head to his saviour, the intruder, Kenshin, as he stared at his back for a while.
"I suggest you leave now, Kenshin. This is none of your business…"
Satoru spoke and slowly descended onto the ground, while speaking in a calm and deep voice.
"Listen to me first, Satoru. I know what happened and I'm sorry about Suguru, but the real mastermind behind all of this is Kenzo! He manipulated and mind controlled Toji. It's not his fault…"
Kenshin turned to Toji with a look and then turned back to Satoru with a pleading expression.
"Mind controlled or not! He still has to pay!!"
Satoru wasn't willing to listen to reason. He extended his arm, materialising an attractive force that latched onto Toji's figure and pulled him forth.
Kenshin wasn't going to stay idle either. He closed his eyes and stretched out his arm, utilizing one of the Deva Paths abilities, the repellent force from the Almighty force to cancel out the attractive force from the Limitless before he pulled Toji in with Universal Pull.
"Leave now!!"
Roaring towards Toji, Kenshin stood in between both of them. Although he knew he could possibly damage his relationship with his cousin, he couldn't let Toji die in Satoru's hands. Toji was not innocent, but the real culprit behind Suguru's death was that mind controlling snake Kenzo.
"Why are you protecting a murderer?! He killed my best friend! Your mentor! And you want to just let it slide because he was mind controlled?!"
Satoru's emotions were fully unleashed at this point.
"I know, Satoru. I'm sorry, but I can't let you kill Toji."
Kenshin sighed and stood his ground, readying himself for a fight.
"Then die!!!"
Satoru's expression switched to that of a crazy, feral smile, as his immense cursed energy burst out of his body, shattering space around him like mirrors.
"I don't want to do this, Satoru. I don't want to hurt you.."
Kenshin stared down his cousin, wanting to avoid a possible altercation.
"Hurt me? Hahahaha! You seem to forget how our previous battle ended!"
Satoru laughed and powered up his Limitless instant, empowering himself with his cursed energy.
"Silver!"
"Twin Dragon of the Sea and Wind!"
Summoning three of his shikigami, Kenshin wasn't planning on holding back much either.
*ROARRR!*
All three massive beasts roared out and blasted forth, reaching out for Gojo with readied attacks.
Silver widened its jaw and unleashed a massive beam of cursed energy, while the sea dragon fired a compressed beam of water and the earth dragon stomped its feet onto the ground summoning massive seismic waves. Seeing his shikigami attack, Kenshin moved out, with a blade in hand.
Doing nothing, Satoru watched the three attacks smash into his infinity, as he remained completely untouched, before he stepped out with a feral smile.
"Using your trump card so quickly?!.."
"Cursed technique amplification: Maximum Output; Blue!!!"
Satoru laughed and waved his hands, summoning a massive blue orb that instantly swallowed all three shikigami in less than a second and exploded, completely catching Kenshin off guard, as he was hurled back and sent crashing into multiple buildings.
After a few seconds, Kenshin walked out of the rubble with his fist tightly clenched in fury.
Even though he had anticipated one of Satoru's attacks, he had not imagined that he would unleash a killing move in one go, completely catching him off guard.
"You weren't even able to beat me when I was holding back..why do you think you can do so now?"
Meanwhile, Kenshin was speechless, as he blasted forward at full speed, manipulating gravity around him via his universal pull to accelerate his own speed.
'Huh? He's even faster than that Toji…' Satoru muttered inwardly, and while Kenshin instantly appeared before him, he simply employed his infinity, blocking all the attacks from the youth.
"You can't touch me…" Satoru flashed a ridiculing smile, before he whipped out his arm, employing red in an instant, and firing the massive energy so sphere towards Kenshin.
"Almighty Push!"
*BOOM!*
Empowering his Rinnegan with his cursed energy, he finally used an attack, manipulating gravity to unleash a blast of repulsive forces that shattered the earth, as nukes had dropped at the same time.
The shockwaves that emanated from the collision of the two attacks sent both of them flying into the distance.
Using his limitless, Satoru teleported and arrived beside Kenshin after a few seconds of cool-down and smashed his fist right into his face, hurling him into the ground.
Kenshin recovered in an instant, and wiped the blood from his nose, before using universal pull uproot nearly an entire land of a huge mass and hurl it towards Gojo.
"Impressive.."
Satoru smiled and teleported out of the range of the attack, while levitating as Kenshin once more employed the gravitational attractive forces to wrench him from the air onto the ground.
As he landed unprotected, the two cousins instantly engaged each other in a bout of close combat, throwing out punches and kicks that could shatter a mountain.
