Chapitre 173: Getting used to the ever green hills

The team stayed in the cave for the next few days. They were afraid that some wolves had gone out and would come back to the cave so they kept a close watch that night. But no one came. It seemed that they had killed all the wolves.

The next day the team rested in the cave while making traps all around the cave. Since they would be using this place as a base of operations, they had to make sure it would be secure, especially from other demonic beasts. Not only that, they also had to take care of the cubs and make sure that they would not run away as well as train them not to be hostile to humans.

The day and night went by uneventfully. Every member of the team took turns keeping guard in the night. But nothing came to attack them that night either.
