The battle in the marquis' manner came to a very sudden and quick end. That was because the marquis himself had appeared in his house after learning that a few powerful people had trespassed into his home. With a S ranker on the scene, none of the intruders were able to do anything and were immediately restrained. But interrogating them was a lost cause as no matter what the marquis did, they did not reveal anything about themselves. Even the innate control of a high ranking vampire was useless.
