So Levi relied on his own two feet and body. He felt a little grateful to Lilith for pushing him to train because now he had the chance to outrun a hoard of Sins coming for his head for killing their comrade.

"So you kill one and the entire crew comes for you...such loyalty." Even though he was at death's door he couldn't help but admire their allegiance to each other.
