Chapitre 30: Chapter 24: Before the Blizzard

(A/n Filler Chapter be warned!)

The proceeding Territory Battles went well for Forossa.

As expected, the Demigods which served as my strongest subordinates had completely crushed their opponents.

Malenia was taught by the Blind Swordsman in swordsmanship that moved like a flowing river, thereby allowing her to nimbly counterattack any foe.

This was how the Blind Swordsman originally defeated the scorpion humanoid form of the Rot God and sealed it away eons ago.

Malenia with her swordsmanship and that busted Waterfowl Dance move, had decimated her foes.

Miquella had shown he was a prodigy and could rival King Elbas if he was a Rank 6 being. Miquella was truly worthy of being called the most fearsome Empyreon, his mastery of Spells in both the Elden Ring verse and this world is frightening.

He had been able to create more than a hundred original Spells in this world and had called them all failures!

What a monster!

As expected, it was a 2 vs 2 vs 2 battle he participated in.

Since past participants can't fight again, he couldn't fight alongside his sister Malenia.

It was Forossa vs Empire vs Utra Nation.

The participants for each battle were as follows.

Forossa - Miquella + Godwyn

Empire - Thunder Call + Tidal Terror

Utra Nation - Third Prince + First Princess

It was surprising how badly they wanted the region on the Eastern Side closest to the center of the New Continent.

Anyway, Godwyn himself was just as strong as Second Prince though slightly weaker.

In a 1 vs 1 battle and if they were the same Cultivation level, Godwyn would lose to Second Prince. Godwyn was a powerful all rounder but Second Prince was essentially a inferior version of King Elbas.

Even Noah had a rough time permanently killing and/or dealing with Second Prince until they fought again for the last time towards the end of the Mortal Lands story arc.

Miquella and Godwyn won the 3 way territory battle, and God was that an epic fight to watch.

No wonder Godwyn was able to defeat tge Dragon Fortissax during the Dragon War, it was amazing how he used various Thunder Spells and Martial Arts.

Especially since I had given Godwyn a copy of the Thunder Element Cultivation Method that Eccentric Thunder had given to June in his inheritance a long time ago.

I wonder how she is doing?

I gave the Sword God Style combat manual that I created based on my memories of the Jobless Reincarnation novel/anime.

She definitely should be stronger than she was originally by now. She might become a Rank 4 Heroic Cultivator in the next month or upcoming weeks, way faster than she would have originally, but still quite slow.

Back to the Territory battles.

The next match after that wad a 3 way free for all for the Territory over possession of the Water Stele.

Funny thing, the Empire gave up their chances of gaining the Water Stele since they were keenly aware of the fact that the other factions would team up to knock the Empire's participant out of match to prevent their chances to win possession of the Water Stele from happening.

In addition, the Hive didn't bother trying to participate in this battle, they also knew it would be impossible to even win this match to begin with as they had already deployed their strongest forces to win over territories on the Northan Coast near to the Desert, Azure Plain and White Woods Forest.

However, because of that, the Utra Nation and Papral Nation's participants had joined together in an attempt to defeated Forossa's competitor to prevent me from winning more land and the Water Stele, which would be another Trace of Divine Beings added to my collection.

(A/n insert your General Grevious memes you heathens! I know your going to do it.)

Those participating were as follows:

Forossa - Morgott (5-Gaseous)

Utra Nation - First Prince (5-Liquid)

Papral Nation - Elder Eve (5-Liquid)

It was an interesting battle to say the least.

Morgott was able to go all out rather than holding back like he had done so in the past.

It was a 2 vs 1 battle and he still came out on top!

Back in the ER verse, Morgott had a strong disgust for his Omen bloodline/heritage. Because if that he held back as to not shun and disgrace the Golden Order at the time.

Instead when the Shattering occurred he took on two personas in order to serve the Golden Order and defend the Ertree and Leyndell from invaders.

As the veiled monarch, he ruled and directed the forces of Leyndell.

And as Margit, the Fell Omen. He would fight on the front lines under a cloak to hide his Omen ancestry.

As Margit, while holding back his real strength, he completely destroyed Radahn who was hailed as the so-called "Stringest Demigod". But in the end Radahn was forced to retreat after a humiliating defeat.

And in this world, when I had revived Morgott I had changed one part of his personality, I made it so that he no longer felt shame or disgust of his Omen heritage but would strive to meet his father Godfrey/Horah Loux's expectations, even though Godfrey had none.

And thus he didn't hold back and destroyed two Rank 5 powerhouses of the Utra and Papral Nations, First Prince and Elder Eve, even though he was one Cultivatoion level lower than them.

His Mind and Dantian were Rank 5 Gaseous, but his Body was of the Rank 5 Liquid stage allowing him to at least physically be their match.

And since he is a Hybrid/Omen/Demigod, he was physically superior than them in every way and would even be able to fight a Rank 5 Solid stage on equal grounds Cultivator if given the chance.

One of the next battles was for a Rank 5 Solid territory near the Water Stele.

And for this battle my sister Jade who was also a Rank 5 Solid stage Cultivator would be competing for.

Me and my mother Lilith watched the battle in person, but at a good distance away. Because two Rank 6 beings were in one place, the other Nations Powerhouses had also came.

It really put a damper on the atmosphere seeing God's Left Hand and Great Elder Diana there.

They probably thought we were up to something so they had came to watch over the battle as well.

Regardless, me and Lilith cheered Jade on her battle.

She didn't hold back and had used a great many Spells and Martial Arts of the Light element against her opponents in the Free-For-All battle.

A few years ago, I had asked Miquella to help Jade to develop a myriad of original Spells and Martial Arts of the Light Element that would suite her.

Miquella who felt only gratitude towards me for making new bodies for his sister Malenia and himself, so that neither of them were inflicted with their Curses, had agreed without hesitation to fulfilling such a simple request from me.

Only enough, Miquella's adult body looked almost similar to Godwyn, although he did have some androgynous features that made him look slightly feminine.

He was also known as St.Trina after all. St.Trina was often mistakened to be a female child but sometimes a male with an androgynous appearance, so his adult form wasn't all that weird to look at.

Unfortunately, despite all the preparations done and all the Spells and Martial Arts she learnt, Jade still lost unfortunately.

The other two opponets had came to a silent agreement to team up on Jade first to prevent her from winning more territories for Forossa to claim.

I had expected this outcome so I had been ready to cheer up Jade beforehand.

Both me and Lilith consoled her loss, what suprised me was she asked me for headpats?

It was then I remembered from the past Tallon's memories that when their father died, Old Tallon was able to spend some time with Jade and play together.

Whenever Jade got sad or scared during childhood, the Old Tallon would be there to cheer her up or play with her and he'd always give headpats to her.

She looked nervous, thinking I would refuse to fulfil her request given our awkward reunion a few decades ago.

In the end I gave her he headpat, if she had a tail, she would be wagging it side-to-side at full speed.

In addition, I had planned a special vacational day for Jade but told her it would have to wait until after the expedition of the Rank 6 Powerhouses to the Central Regions of the Continent.

15 more territory battles went by.

Melina also took part and won her battle. As expected of the Godskin Empyreon, the Gloam-Eyed Queen.

After that it was Noah Balvan vs his uncle Adrian Balvan.

Adrian was sent by Thomas to deal with Noah, since they had been pursuing him ever since they found out he was the sole survivor of the Shosti Inheritance ground incident were Noah killed his cousins and all the guards there in order to escape the control of the Balvan family.

In the end the match was concluded in the same way, with Noah almost killing Adrian and Thaddeus coming to save Adrian since he was part of the Balvan family, whom the Elbas Fanily have been cultivating ever since that time.

They couldn't allow Noah to kill Adrian, and so Noah was forced to spare his uncle's life.

The next battle was interesting however.

It was my wife Lunar Queen Ranni vs Second Prince for the Snowy Region Territory where Eleum Loyce was built upon.

This is one battle I don't intend on missing.
