Chapitre 49: (XLIX) A Tempting Proposition

"What?!" Ling'er exclaimed, taken aback and startling Annamarie, Claire, and Kuro before asking, "What for, la?" 

"I need to help my guild complete a rather difficult mission." Leon replied. 

"That's a tall order..." She sighed, shaking her head. She crossed her arms over her chest before explaining, "The Head Boy and Girl are allowed to depart the campus occasionally, but it requires authorization by the Student Council and approval from the Headmistress. Because you've only been here for a few weeks, I doubt you'd be allowed to leave..." 

"What about you?" He asked, shifting his weight while crossing his own arms.

"I'm about to graduate, la! So they let me off campus anytime I need, but..." Ling'er replied but was cut off. 

"Well, that settles it then!" Leon chirped happily, a giant grin on his face as he placed his hand on her shoulder, "I'll just notify my Guild Officers that you'll be coming in my stead."
