Time passed and soon Alice finished her last brush stroke and the painting was done.
It had taken four hours to complete the whole thing and Alex hadn't moved a single inch while Alice was painting him.
"I finished it, Alex," Alice said as he put her brush in the small container to the side, took the canvas, and held it up, turning it around so Alex could see.
Painted on the canvas was Alex however he didn't look like he did right now, his eyes were painted red and his hair silver, just like they had been in his transformation, what caught Alex's mind the most however was the blood dripping down his lips down to his chin and the ferocious look in his eyes.
Even though he could clearly tell that it was a drawing of himself, the look of his eyes in the painting felt weird to him, almost alien.
It looked as if those were someone else's eyes and it wasn't him at all, even though every other feature made it appear that it was him, Alex in the painting, the eyes made it look like it wasn't him at all.
"What do you think?" Alice asked with a soft tone as she looked at Alex.
Alex stood silent for a moment before turning his head to look at Alice.
"I don't know, everything seems perfect besides the eyes. I can't really say why though, it's just a feeling" Alex said as he looked at Alice who nodded her head slowly.
"Right, I'll make sure to do better next time" Alice mumbled softly and then took the painting and put it on the side of the wall.
"So do you want to go for another ride around town?" Alice asked as she turned to face Alex again.
Alex thought for a moment and then nodded, at the moment he just wanted to keep himself occupied with something, to make him drift away from what had happened earlier and that painting session really hadn't done him much good.
Staying in one spot frozen for hours made it so that he was only able to think, and his thoughts really were favoring him right now.
"Sure let's go out, maybe we can go to a restaurant or watch a movie?" Alex said as he looked at Alice for her input on his ideas.
"Sure, Want to go to Port Angels instead, it's a bit further but it has a better cinema and restaurants than the ones around Forks," Alice said as she asked Alex who nodded.
"Sure no problem, wherever you want," Alex said as he started to head outside the room.
"Uhm let me just change clothes, I'm still in a baseball uniform and I don't really want to go out like this" Alice said as she looked at Alex who turned around and scratched the back of his neck while showing a sheepish look.
"Sorry, I forgot about that completely, I'll wait downstairs?" Alex said and then pointed to the door with his thumb as he said he would wait downstairs.
"No, just sit on the bed. I'll just change real quick" Alice said as she pointed to the bed.
Alex nodded, appearing nonchalant on the outside but his heartbeat started increasing dramatically at Alice's words.
'She will just change quickly, and I'm in her room.' Alex thought as a slight blush started to appear on his face.
His imagination was running wild as he thought of all the scenarios that could happen while Alice was changing, the more he thought and imagined the brighter his blush was and the bigger the tent in his pants got as well.
'Stop thinking, stop thinking' Alex thought as he tried to distract himself, and at that point, Alex heard a door open and saw Alice heading inside a smaller room.
"I'll be right back as soon as I change," Alice said as she gave him a mischievous smile and then closed the door.
For a moment, Alex stood frozen.
'She knew what she was doing, that damned vixen always messing with me. No, the problem isn't with her it's with my body, why the hell does it get so excited so damned quickly' Alex thought to himself as he tried imagining ways he could train himself so he could be less flustered at Alice's mischievous pranks.
*Sigh*
Releasing a soft sigh, Alex held his head up and looked at the white ceiling.
'And here I thought I was about to get lucky, god damn it' Alex thought to himself as he clenched his fists at his misfortune.
'I need to find a way so I could prank her back, I know for sure that she's my mate now and how she acted toward me all makes sense now that I know, but that also means that she desires me just as much as my body does her...' Alex thought and felt the urge to release a wicked laughter out into the air but barely held himself back.
'I already seem like a psychopath, let's not seem like some edgy evil doctor as well' Alex thought to himself and then waited.
It didn't take long before the door of the closet opened and out came Alice.
She was wearing a black dress with what looked like bright yellow sparkles. It gave the feeling of the sky at night, it truly looked majestic especially when it was worn by someone like Alice.
"So how do I look?" Alice asked as she did a twirl to show Alex.
Though she didn't even need to hear Alex's answer just his heartbeat was already enough of an answer.
"You look gorgeous, I don't think anyone can take their eyes off you," Alex said as he got up and headed toward her.
Extending his hand, Alex gave her a soft smile and asked.
"Would you like to come with me on our date now Alice?" Alex said and then looked at her.
If Alice had a working heart, then she felt like it would have exploded at that moment.
Showing a large smile, Alice nodded.
"Sure, my prince charming" was all Alice said as she gave a slight giggle.
