''Hahahaha, That's what I'm talking about. No need for more scheming or cheap tricks! I became the strongest!''
Nami looked at her teacher who was sleeping with his head on her lap while muttering nonsense with furious eyes. She immediately picked up a bottle of water, splashing it on his face.
''... Ah, what the hell?'' Abel woke up from his beautiful dream to meet his disciple's furious eyes.
'' TEACHER! I... I didn't wake you up because I thought you were battling with your illness. But you were asleep all this time!?'' She immediately started scolding Abel furiously. '' I have been rowing the boat for 4 hours... I was scared we wouldn't make it until midnight so I didn't rest at all until we reached Syrup Village!''
'Ah, we arrived at Syrup Village!' Abel immediately took the key information from the scolding and closed his eyes again.

'Actually a very good skill!' Abel was pleasently surprised. He didn't expect to get something this good.'

Abel let out a cheerful smile after seeing his status. Nami looked at Abel who was smiling dumbly with his eyes closed once again. '' WAKE UP!'' Nami immediately splashed another bottle of water at his face.
Abel finally realised his abnormality and opened his eyes waking up. '' Oh... We arrived. Good job disciple, you are very dependable. Let's go.''
Nami looked at him with a dark face. 'You are not dependable at all, teacher!' Abel started walking towards the Village. After walking for a few seconds he realized Nami was not following him. '' Eh? You are not coming?''
Nami who was sitting on the beach breathing hardly looked at his teacher furiously with teary eyes. '' Teacher I was rowing the ship whole afternoon I am tired!''
Abel looked confused. 'İsn't it just 4 hours? What's the big deal? Oh, right she's just a brat.' Abel realised 4 hours of rowing was nothing to him with his stamina but for Nami it was already impressive she rowed for such a long time without resting. After Abel understood the situation he calmed his disciple.
'' Ok, Ok! Teacher will treat you to a meal and find a place to rest, don't get mad!'' After Abel said this he picked Nami up and placed her on his shoulders. Then he started walking towards village again.
'' T-Teacher... I-I can walk on my own.'' Nami was ashamed. 'I am not a 5 year old! Why are you piggybacking me?'
''... Didn't you just say you were very tired?'' Abel was confused and didn't care much as he walked towards the village with Nami on his back. He grew a bit anxious. ' I already entered the village, yet Usopp hasn't noticed me? What's going on?' Normally Usopp should be looking out for pirates and would notice anyone coming with a ship. while Abel was thinking of this complication they reached a restaurant in the village. He took out a gold pouch and generously gave it to the waiter.
'' Best of your dishes for both of us.'' he cooly said before turning towards Nami. '' Let teacher reward you with a dinner. İt is on me!'' He said with a cheerful smile. He felt a bit awkward after not receiving any smile rather he was glared.
''Teacher... That gold pouch... Didn't you steal it from me when we met!? How are you treating me!'' Nami told while gritting her teeth.
'Ah... I forgot about that.'
'' Cough. Don't mention such small details. Your money, my money, whatever it doesn't matter. Let's eat well.'' He could only helplessly brush it off. A few minutes later waiter came back with various local foods. Abel was not very interested in the food and directly asked him.
'' Hey, I am a friend of Yasopp. When he heard I was visiting Syrup Village he wanted me to check up on his family. İs usopp doing fine?'' He asked casually. Waiter sized him for a moment but didn't suspect anything, he knew Yasopp has gone to become a pirate and it was normal he has some friends around here. The stranger also knew Usopp's name so it was not likely a lie.
'' Sigh, how could he be fine? His mother has been very ill for a while. Doctors said she will die in 2 weeks if she is not treated. But no one around here knows the solution of her disease. Poor child, in the past he would ran around cheerfully, now he is barely leaving his house.''
' What...? She is still alive?' Abel didn't expect this outcome. He didn't know when Usopp's mother died, he just knew it was when he was young. Abel was surprised but kept his calm as he chatted with waiter casually, learning more information such as Usopp's house or his habits. He also learned where he can stay for the night. After the meal Abel dropped Nami to an inn, renting her a room while he quipped his cloak and the cool mask he got from Shell Town.
Abel sneakily reached Kaya's mansion and looked at the windows to see if he can spot Kuro. The news of him being alive shouldn't have reached him yet. Only 4 hours passed, he will learn about it tomorrow at earliest. After a few minutes of looking around Abel spotted Kuro who was talking with Kaya in her room from the window.

Abel was amazed after looking at his skill. '% 80 increase in agility is too overpowered. Even if it is for a second, his agility is already high. İt can reach as much as 36.' İt was no wonder Morgan couldn't handle him. But speed is not everything, luffy was slower than him but still beat Kuro anyway. 'His strength is rather low, while my endurance is my strong point. İt is hard for him to beat me.' Abel was relatively confident he could beat Kuro. İt was just not going to be a walk in the park like Morgan.
' Well I will see Usopp and his mother tomorrow. İf I visit them in the middle of the night it will be weird.' Abel still had to prepare for tomorrow though. He took out some paper and wrote a letter.
İn the letter he mentioned that Captain Kuro was found alive and marines were suspecting of their butler Khaladore. He mentioned Captain Kuro's habits, looks and other details that would make Merry(other butler of Kaya) suspicious. He mentioned himself as a captain from marine headquarters in an undercover mission. He took out the Captain's emblem he stole when he fought with Morgan as a final evidence and asked Merry to meet with him tomorrow secretly.
Merry in the canon would not believe Abel at all because at that time Kuro already served them for many years. But right now it has only been 2 months, with the evidence he provided and marine emblem, even if Merry didn't believe him he would most likely meet with him. Even if Merry didn't do as expected Abel could handle the situation in a different way so he wasn't anxious. Abel was not very sleepy so he took out the 2 remaining body tempering pills he got from the beginner's pack and started meditating on a rock.
Note: Mc was dreaming at the first part. He didn't gain any SSS reward or something, in case you missed it xd
