I hated 99% of fanfic's since they are so similar to each other and it gets boring fast.

This book needs some serious TLC! If only I knew which comic, anime, or other source this story was based off of, then I'd be able to recognize the world around the twins. But right now, it's missing a lot of the details that would make it great. With a bit of work and dedication, I can definitely see the potential here!
