Chapitre 43: Chapter 43: 100-year Event

"Ahh!" screams spread through the town as people came to their senses. At this point, a lot wished that they did not do so. A lot just remained stunned looking at the undead everywhere. It is a scene one can never forget until one dies. 

"Splurt!" sounded the blood as it hit the ground. No gender, age, or any other characteristic saved someone from the slaughter of the undead. In a corner of a street, 3 people were being mercilessly stabbed to death by an undead soldier. A man, woman, and a child. All three were defenseless against the wrath of the undead soldier. It is a scene that shows utter cruelty. 

"Gather round! Eliminate the forces of darkness." town guards started to kill their way through the lot of undead. It took them some minutes to take action but nonetheless, they did so. Their efforts though are futile. The undead continue their slaughter as if the guards were never there. Screams of grief, pain, and fear echoed all through the town.
