"She's dead…"

Cyril mumbled after seeing the unmoving Dark Elf on the table.

Perhaps, the good thing about her death was that it wasn't painful. Because the Dark Elf keeps squirming after being placed on the table, Aeon injected something into her body before she completely calmed down and whatever Aeon did to her body, she no longer showed any reaction.

It was quite a pitiful sight but he knows that the Dark Elves aren't innocent creatures as well. To be precise, none of the Magical Creatures here in the room are kind to humans.

It would be extremely rare for their species to treat them other than an enemy.

'Ugh… This still leaves a bad taste in my mouth…' Cyril thought as he sighed after closing the eyes of the poor Dark Elf.

"Yeah… I made sure to give her a painless death since you're here. I'm sure you don't want to hear my test subject screaming." Aeon said naturally.

"Wait… So you don't normally inject them with some drug to calm them down?"
