Heather wearily opened her eyes.

The last thing she remembered was the sound of a baby's cry before she passed out. She did not even expect that she would be that tired in giving birth when she did not even feel her contractions. If there are any.

She moved her eyes and saw Cyrus standing not far from her.

He was actually looking down not at her but the small crib, or whatever  you call that in the hospital.

"Is he handsome?" she speaks up, getting his attention.

He turned to her and a smile appeared on his lips. It was a smile that reached even the depths of his eyes.

She smiled back as happily as he is, "I want to see him."

He helped her into a sitting position before he bent over and carefully carried their baby before walking to her and handing him to her, while still supporting her.

"He is indeed handsome," she commented upon seeing the sleeping baby boy.
