Chapitre 90: Unforgivable

Li Caiyi's mood was terrible. 

She did not get to eat lunch, and the conversation with Meng Renshu left an unpleasant taste in her mouth. Li Caiyi knew she should not care about him anymore, but whenever she recalled his hurt expression from earlier, she felt uncomfortable, as if she wronged an innocent person. 

Even if she did not have any romantic feelings left for him, her conscience was still there, and it pained her when he treated her like she was the one who was at fault here. It was so unfair and frustrating. 

From the perspective of people from the current timeline, her coldness and anger might be unjustifiable, so it would not be strange if they pointed their fingers at her. 

However, Li Caiyi was very indignant about all this. She had done her best to stay away from Meng Renshu, so why did he keep bothering her even after she got reborn?
