"Wait, Xiaoyi!" His shout made her stop in her tracks. When she turned to him, he hesitated a bit before asking, "If you have time today, can you accompany me?"

Li Caiyi furrowed her brows. The last time she met up with him, everything turned chaotic. Although it wasn't necessarily his fault, she didn't want to invite more trouble.

"Sorry, but I have another place to go after this."

"Can't you make an exception just for today?"
