Synopsis
Kaoru Shimizu just expected to end his day like any other, but being transported to an unknown world together with Subaru Natsuki changes everything. While Subaru is still trapped in his isekai fantasy, Kaoru faces the harsh reality: he has to help his partner survive.
But in a world full of uncertainty, Kaoru begins to wonder if he is destined to be just an observer or if there is more to him.

I really liked the story, keep it up. By the way, is the +18 for the blood? Because I don't feel like the harem and Re Zero go together very well, due to the tragedy and all that.
